Tailored Coaching for Extraordinary Leaders, Keynote Speaker

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Miami Beach was the epicenter of female leadership as the @womenspowerseries returned for its most impactful gathering yet. ✨

The fourth annual Women’s Power Breakfast took place February 27 at The @ritzcarltonsouthbeach, bringing together more than 400 influential women across hospitality, beauty and wellness, and sports. Founded by @dayssi.ok and @sophia_kanavos, the series once again spotlighted executives and tastemakers redefining modern leadership through community, ownership, and long-term value creation.

In alignment with the 2026 International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain,” conversations throughout the morning emphasized how investing in people and purpose drives lasting success.

Guests enjoyed a breakfast curated by the José Andrés Group, followed by dynamic panels exploring the evolution of luxury hospitality, purpose-driven beauty and wellness brands, and the growing influence of women in sports leadership.

Proceeds from the event benefited Women of Tomorrow, reinforcing the @womenspowerseries mission to build meaningful connections while supporting mentorship and leadership development for the next generation of female leaders.

Just wrapped up another incredible Miami Art Week! We kicked things off with Es Devlin’s stunning “Library of Us” installation at Faena, not to miss Art Basel Miami first choice, celebrated the XX anniversary of Design Miami, and enjoyed Loris Cecchini’s exhibition at The Ritz-Carlton. Plus, the 15th anniversary of the EFG ArtNexus Award made it all the more special!

For years I lived with one thought in my body every single day: Benjamin might die today.

When your child is in and out of hospitals, hooked to machines, when doctors whisper about turning off life support—you don’t plan for next year. You barely plan for tomorrow. You just fight for today.

❤️‍🔥 That thought made me fierce. It trained me to be present. To complete each day. To make decisions when hesitation could cost everything.

But here’s the thing—after Benjamin passed, I still carried that thinking. I kept preparing for loss. I built things short-term. Even when I thought I was creating something lasting, a part of me was always ready for it to end.

In Transylvania with 4PC and Rich Litvin, I finally saw the shift. Commitment no longer feels dangerous. It feels like peace. I can say yes to the long haul.

✨ The benefit for me is freedom. Trust. Energy no longer drained by constant preparation for grief.

👉🏼 The benefit for my clients is clarity. I know in my bones that indecision isn’t neutral—it kills possibility. Decisions are portals. They open futures that waiting never will.

This is why I hold women leaders to their mission.
You can’t tiptoe your way into changing systems

🔥 Commitment is energy.
✨ Decisions are freedom.

Being part of this powerful mastermind 4PC, in a community that provokes my thinking, stretches my emotional resilience, and loves me unconditionally, has been essential for me and my work.

That’s one of the many gifts from this intensive at @transylvanianinn Inn, hosted by my dear colleague Alina Addison.

Last week’s 4PC intensive in Pasadena delivered three extraordinary experiences that revealed striking parallels in leadership excellence.

What unites these seemingly disparate experiences? The perfect blend of courage, care, and non-conformity, the three pillars of Audacious Leadership:

Courage - Whether launching toward Mars despite repeated failures, entering a wolf den blindfolded, or stepping into the vulnerability of a tango embrace, each experience demands we face fear and uncertainty head-on.

Care - NASA’s meticulous preparation, the sanctuary’s dedication to wolf rehabilitation, and the tango dancer’s attentiveness to their partner all demonstrate that breakthrough results require genuine care and attention to detail.

Non-Conformity - Breaking the gravitational pull of conventional thinking at NASA, honouring the wild nature of wolves in a human world, and finding power in the tango’s pause—all reject the status quo in favour of transformative possibilities.

The ultimate leadership lesson? A truly audacious leader knows when to act boldly, when to wait in powerful silence, and when to find exhilaration in the tension of the unknown.

May you dare mighty things today—with courage, care, and a healthy disregard for conformity!

Visiting NASA today with the amazing 4PC tribe, was an insightful dive into the intricacies of space exploration and taking a 100-year view!

“Dare Mighty Things” serves as NASA’s inspirational motto, guiding the organization to innovate and push boundaries by embracing and learning from failure.

My key takeaways?

1. Embrace Failure: NASA exemplifies the philosophy of “fail on the ground before you launch.” Learning from failures is integral to progress.

2. Success is the other side of failure: With 5 out of 7 missions to Mercury, Venus, and Mars not succeeding, the key is not to shun failure but to extract learning and pivot.

3. Lessons from Mars: Perseverance teaches resilience. The Mars exploration mission proved that what seemed like an insurmountable task pioneered new possibilities.

4. The Human Element: The biggest challenge in any innovation or mission? People! Their focus, communication, and alignment are critical to success.

May you dare some mighty things today and every day!

The Power of Boundaries

Working with Executive Coach @giselalowensteincoaching taught me a lesson I’ll never forget: boundaries are the foundation of growth.

She introduced me to the concept of the red velvet rope—a metaphor for the boundaries we set to protect our time, energy, and values.

In the world of investment migration, where opportunities are endless, I realized that even with another passport, true freedom starts with knowing when to say no.

My red velvet rope now reminds me to prioritize what truly matters, creating space for clarity, purpose, and balance.

Thank you, Gisela, for showing me that boundaries aren’t limits—they’re gateways to more.

What boundaries have you set to create space in your life?
