There’s been a little plot twist…

We might have been keeping a little secret…

For five months, to be exact.

And as special as it’s been keeping this little world just for us and the people closest to us…

…we’re finally ready to share it.

In 2027, we’re becoming parents.

Plot twist #2: there are two of them. 💙💙

Two little identical boys.

Life already looks very different from what we imagined…

And somehow, even more exciting.

We can’t wait to meet them, to know them, and to begin this next adventure as a family of five. by @giulia.scodanibbio

After two years of traveling and road tripping in Europe, we were so ready for this chapter 🤍 by @giulia.scodanibbio

>> Ashtanga is a dynamic style built on a fixed sequence of postures, practised in the same order, again and again. Its modern form was shaped in 1930s Mysore, in a palace yoga school, adapted for the young boys who lived there. It teaches discipline, consistency, devotion to the practice over everything else. Even over tiredness. Even over exhaustion. <<

I carried that devotion everywhere. Work, work, work → burnout → recover → work again.

Then I found a book about the menstrual cycle and realised my own yoga was already adapting to my phases. So I made it intentional. The rush was gone. My energy became something I could actually predict.

🌝 That’s why I built Cyclical Yoga: a membership where your practice changes with you.

Inside:
→ Yoga classes for every phase of your cycle (15 to 60 min)
→ Breathwork & meditations
→ Phase guides & expert talks
→ Live sessions, all recorded

Try it free for 7 days. €22/month. Cancel anytime.

The doors are open until Sunday 1 November. After that, they close for a few months.

Maybe you’re not drained.
Maybe you just need to notice fresh drops of rain balancing on a wet leaf, and tiny bright orange fungi sprouting from a fallen log.

Maybe you’re not exhausted.
Maybe you just need the sweet, tangy bite of a wild raspberry, picked from a bush growing next to a running creek.

Step barefoot into that flow of cold water and let it wash away the worries, the projections, other people’s sticky opinions, the fear, the feeling of being helpless.

.

I might be kilometres and kilometres away, but half of my heart will always sit in my homeland.

I haven’t been back in years, yet the connection is still strong. Whenever things get heavy back home, I can feel it from here: the worry, the anger, the uncertainty in the air.

In times like these, it’s so easy to get caught in the collective mood. Especially for us, who for centuries lived in large networks of people we love and who love us. Getting influenced is easy.

Yet, what if part of the answer is to step away from that one loud chorus, just long enough to hear our own perspective? To think out of the box, without fear of being excluded, labelled, or judged by the people we love?

What if, by stepping away and letting our creativity flow, we find solutions for ourselves, our families, even our communities?

For me, starts with a walk, the dogs running freely in the forest, and noticing the beauty around me.
Until my own thoughts are louder than everyone else’s.

Just had one of my aha moments. Full of gratitude, and a little bit of magic.

I’m a firm believer that things start to move when we:
dream a little bigger
say “no” a bit louder to what doesn’t align
learn to stay in the limbo of uncertainty
trust, and feel grateful for all the good we already have
take one baby step at a time
and let others take part. We don’t have to do it all alone.

And then, things happen.

Add a pinch of devotion. A bit of stubbornness. If life gets in the way, come back to it later. A “failure” is a lesson, or a redirection towards something better for you.

I can’t promise how or when. But so far, it hasn’t failed me. by @giulia.scodanibbio

Friendly reminder that these pick energy days are a window, not a baseline.
The trick is to use it with purpose.

About three or four days after my bleed, something shifts.

The heaviness lifts. The ideas come back. My body wants to move, try something new, take up space.

That’s the follicular phase. Your body’s spring.

It’s not about doing more. It’s about noticing the energy is back, and choosing where it goes.

I never stand the “you must” and “you should,” especially when it comes to our bodies.

The goal isn’t to follow rules. It’s to learn to cooperate with your body.
