As usual, I’ll post my daily single classes, subs and little changes in my stories - so keep an eye there.
Please always double-check on Eversports for bookings & final schedule, as things can shift a little during the month.

So much love and gratitude for you. Can’t wait to flow, breathe and soften together. by @giulianeumann

i used to think that to manifest my dream
life i had to be positive 24/7
enjoy the present, high vibes only, never complain.
and it helped me at first, i won’t lie. it helped me cut off a lot of people that weren’t good for me.
but then i started to notice i was avoiding real life. the negative feelings, the hard conversations, the things i actually needed to face.

anyone else felt this when entering spirituality / yoga / wellness world? by @giulianeumann

I spent years trying to be smaller, quieter, more likeable. To fit in.

This is me not doing that anymore.

I hope you, especially my fellow yogis, can resonate with these by @giulianeumann
