Eine sanfte Erinnerung, in dich hineinzuhören. ✨

Was braucht dein Körper heute? 👇👇

A gentle reminder to slow down and tune in. ✨
Yoga doesn’t end when you leave the mat. It’s a daily practice of deeply listening to your body, your breath, and your boundaries. 🧘‍♀️

When the frequencies of singing bowls take over, they resonate with every cell, instantly calming your nervous system and melting away stress. It’s an invitation to just be.

Take a deep breath. What is your body telling you today? 👇

What if October could be about something other than overstimulation, crowded tents and loudness?

💫 We’ll begin with an introduction to nervous system regulation and explore why an environment like the Wiesn can sometimes feel like a lot for our system — from noise and crowds to constant stimulation and social energy.

💫 We’ll look at how mindfulness can help us notice what is happening within us. Through a guided practice, we’ll become more aware of how we are feeling in the moment.

You’ll be introduced to simple tools that you can use in everyday life — especially when you feel overwhelmed or simply need a moment to come back to yourself.

💫 Then, we’ll move into a deeply relaxing Sound Bath

💫 And then, simply… we connect. We will close with community time, snacks and drinks — a relaxed space to meet new people, share conversations and enjoy being together without the pressure to perform, party or keep up.✨ Come as you are. Slow down. Notice. Regulate. Listen. Connect.

**The evening includes:

• Introduction to nervous system regulation

• Mindfulness practice and self-awareness

• Simple tools for navigating overwhelm and overstimulation

• Guided Sound Bath

• Community gathering

• Snacks & drinks

• Space to meet, connect and unwind

The ocean has a way of washing everything unnecessary away.
The noise, the pressure, the constant need to keep up.

Out here, it’s just water, sunlight, and a version of me that feels honest again.

Floating somewhere between letting go and feeling everything.
Down here, nothing is forced—everything just flows.
