Why do businesses need finance? More often than you'd think 👇

✅ Cash tied up in unpaid invoices
✅ Stock or equipment needed before the busy season
✅ A renovation or development project to fund
✅ A VAT bill due and cash reserves better left alone
✅ An opportunity that can't wait on a bank's timeline
✅ Seasonal dips
✅ An acquisition or expansion

Myth: fast finance means bad terms. ❌

Truth: speed and quality aren't mutually exclusive ✅

Fast doesn't mean sloppy. It means knowing exactly where the ball needs to go before you take the shot.

Will your funding get you to your destination? 🧭

You know where the business is heading. A new site. A bigger team. The contract that changes everything.

But is your finance built for the journey, or just the next month?

Start with the destination, then find the facility to get you there.

Cashflow. Invoice finance. Asset finance. 🚗

Where's your business heading? Drop me a message. 📩

Another successful completion ✨

This wasn’t the easiest deal to place initially. We had a client with a strong reason for funding, but because of the nature of the business and the overall structure, finding the right facility took a little more work.

It’s a great reminder of why relationships and having the right people around you matter so much in commercial finance!

After speaking with Chris Gladwin at Sedulo Debt Advisory, we were able to explore a different route and ultimately secure a £100,000 secured facility through Nationwide Finance!

What an outcome! 🤗

I’d like to say a huge thank you to Chris for all your help on this one! Sometimes one conversation, one introduction and the right contact can completely change the outcome of a deal. 🤗

This is exactly why collaboration in our industry is so important. 🌹

Great start to the Quarter and a very happy Friday! ✨

A change of scenery can do wonders.

Stepping away from your usual desk, whether it's a coffee shop, a walk by the water or a different city altogether, often brings fresh ideas and clearer thinking. 🇮🇪

Sometimes the best decisions happen when you give your mind room to breathe. 🌊

Commercial finance isn't complicated. It's just badly explained.

Most business owners hear the jargon and switch off.

The simple version? Start with what you're trying to achieve. The right funding follows.
