We’re absolutely honoured to have contributed a track to the @idlehandsbristol compilation.

The way that Chris curated both the label and the shop has had a massive influence on the music we’ve made and listened to. Pretty much all of the dance music 12” we own are things we heard playing in the shop and instantly bought, stoned bargain bin rummages and recommendations from the crew there.

The shop felt like a tangible point of connection to the music we loved; chatting to people over the counter there made the prospect of making our own music and playing it out to people feel like a genuine possibility rather than some unattainable dream.

Absolutely wicked tunes on there from @snapsofbruce, @k_lone_ and @rhythmictheory - as you would expect from them!

❤️ to everyone over at @idlehandsbristol

Next up, we take over The Red Church on bank holiday Sunday 25th May.

Ikonika needs little introduction. A pioneering DJ, producer, and live artist, the Hyperdub affiliate lights up dancefloors with a sound that refuses to sit still. From sleazy UK Funky to Amapiano and everything in between, their sets are a masterclass in low-end pressure and rhythmic invention — all delivered through the sweet warmth of The Red Church system.

Joining them are DJ and producer duo Glances, a pair steadily carving out a name across the UK club landscape. Known for their razor-sharp selections and dynamic productions, they fuse UK Bass, IDM, 160 and beyond with effortless precision. Alongside releases on Idle Hands and Fever AM, they’re also a part of Trust Exercises — a forward thinking party series bridging Bristol and London’s dancefloors.

Setting the tone is our prized resident Anil. Fresh off a guest mix for Borne Fruits on Rinse FM and a standout set at Carpet Shop alongside Alexander Nut, his deep-digging sets have become a signature at our parties.

Tickets via Headfirst [link in bio] £6 / £8 / More OTD

We don’t want financial barriers to stop anyone from coming to our parties. If you are unemployed, on low income, from a low socio-economic background or are a refugee or other, please don’t hesitate to DM us.

🥂Thanks to everyone who came down to our sold out Thursday night shubz a few weeks back! Swipe for clips - we left the deep cuts at home for this one.

❤️A special shoutout to all those who stayed till the Bobby Caldwell moment as the lights went on (no videos but we won’t be forgetting it any time soon).

Huge love to @theloveinnbristol for letting us do our thing- the sound there is so good and the booth was a dream.

🪂Our next party is going to be our biggest yet- details are coming very soon, so watch this space and as always: #TrustInTrust taken in The Love Inn by @glancesmusic

🪂 Hello people - we’re taking over @theloveinnbristol on Thursday 6 February with the rest of our @trustexercises family. Trust Ex residents @ishy0, @oscarhw123 and @polygwon will be slinging heat all night long, and tickets start from just £5 - it’s a no brainer 🧠❌

We will be taking the reigns and closing up shop from 1.30-3. Expect high NRG cuts for the midweek reprobates.

2025 looks set to be a good one: we’ve got new music coming out later in the year (👀) and there’s all kinds of plans in the works at @trustexercises HQ. Lets have it 🏌️‍♂️

🙏🏾Had the pleasure of running through some bits for @daytimers_uk on @voices_radio last week- swipe through for some clips. Felt so good to be surrounded by so many talented South Asian creatives doing amazing things.

Kept things pretty dancefloor focused, with lots of trippy techno and broken rhythms- new trax inside from @hueymnemonic, @julioc0rd0va, @wilhelminawilhelmina22, @ttneana, @lukeslater_planetary and more, as well as some vintage cuts from @djshufflemaster and Mhonolink.

👊🏽Stepping up for @daytimers_uk on @voices_radio tomorrow- huge love for the invite.

It’s been a minute since we’ve done radio live from the studio and we’ve got something special lined up- may or may not have some forthcoming music to share 👀

We’ll be on from 7-7.55pm, but be sure to lock in all day as the lineup is stacked, and there’s a chance to enter in a raffle with some great prizes. All proceeds go to @restlessbeings, an incredible human rights organisation.

🏝️Feeling inspired after a great week raving at @loveintfestival (including a last min after after party b2b with @sophieered_dj at @vortextisno_vortexafterpirovac). The tech house was tech-ing!

💿Carrying the energy through to this Saturday, where we will be closing up shop at @thecarpetshop.peckham alongside some friends and a whole host of wicked djs. Pull up 🫡 taken in Party Time by @glancesmusic
