Went out to the @pghglasscenter to pull tubes for @alissaeee where she took all this good footage of @glass.percy and I doing Tube pulls on the rooftop while the sun set on us. It was really a magical session, we pulled a ton of grey and black tubes, and closed out the night with a deep green. I was really locked in and pulled about 700 ft. of useable neon tubing all consistently in the range of 8-12mm in diameter as requested. by @glass.percy

My #plasma cacti series with torchworked glass. It's been a new way of creating interactive art. I've already moved up in scale and I'm excited to see where else this series takes me.

Spent the last week with @glass.percy at @corningmuseum doing research on geissler tubes, uv glass, neon and plasma, and all things related. The Rakow library is my absolute favorite space in corning, with an amazing collection and the best staff to help you find what you need. Special thanks to @risepeacock for facilitating us looking at and lighting up the Geissler tube collection, it was both eye opening and mind blowing, we hope to be back again to further study and documentation in the future. I live for this kind of research and discovery, these tubes are not only historic, they are some of the most important scientific works that led technology we still use and develop today. Keep on researchin’! taken in Rakow Research Library by @glass.percy
