You’ve been asking. It’s finally here. 🇩🇴⚾️

Dominican Republic 2027 is officially happening!

This trip has become something I look forward to every single year. There’s really nothing like watching a new group of kids experience the DR for the first time.

The baseball is incredible, but it’s the people, the culture, the communities, the relationships, and all the moments away from the field that make this trip so special.

Every year I come home incredibly grateful to be a part of it, and really proud of what these trips have become.

And this one means even more. 2027 marks 10 years of Global Baseball Adventures. 🇩🇴❤️

☕🥎 NATIONAL COFFEE DAY — Global Softball Adventures STYLE! 🇩🇴

Flashback to our August 2026 Global Softball Adventures trip to the Dominican Republic! 🇩🇴🥎

What do you do after playing ball against the Dominican Republic Junior National Team in the Santo Domingo heat?

STARBUCKS RUN. 😂☕

After an unforgettable day on the field, our 2026 GSA crew made a much-needed stop for some cold coffee, Frappuccinos, and a little AC. 😎☀️

And in honor of National Coffee Day, a little Dominican coffee trivia: 🇩🇴☕ coffee has been grown in the Dominican Republic for centuries and is an important part of Dominican culture.

These are the moments we love about traveling together. The softball is incredible—but so are the friendships, laughs, cultural experiences, adventures, and spontaneous stops along the way.

Softball. Travel. Culture. Adventure. And sometimes… Starbucks. 😂☕🥎

🇩🇴 Want to join Global Softball Adventures in 2027?

We’re heading back to the Dominican Republic next summer!

🥎 2027 Softball Info Meeting details coming soon!

The MLB experience in the Dominican Republic…a side of the game most baseball lovers never get to see. ⚾️🇩🇴

Visiting MLB academies in the Dominican Republic has become one of the most unforgettable parts of the Global Baseball/Softball Adventures experience.

Our players & their families get a firsthand look at the environment where some of the world’s best young baseball talent trains, develops and pursues the dream of playing professionally.

But our trips have never been about simply watching from the outside. It’s about meeting people. Asking questions. Learning. Training. Playing. Memories. And experiencing baseball/softball in a country where the game is woven into everyday life.

These are the experiences we want our players to come home talking about.

And in Year 10, we’re planning even more. 👀🇩🇴

Summer 2027 information meetings begin in October.

🔟 MEMORY #1 — 2017 🇩🇴⚾️

I’ll never forget this day.

It was our very first Global Baseball Adventures trip to the Dominican Republic. We traveled to a local baseball field in Boca Chica, where an American baseball team had never played before.

When the game ended, something happened that none of us expected…

Nobody wanted the day to end.

Kids rained down from the stands, poured into the dugout and followed us all the way back to our van. Before we knew it, our van was surrounded by kids who just didn’t want us to leave.

Everyone wanted to meet each other, talk baseball, check out equipment, laugh, take pictures and soak up every last minute.

For a few minutes, it honestly felt like we were rock stars. 😂 But what I remember most is that the excitement went both ways. Our American players were every bit as excited to connect with the Dominican kids as they were to connect with us.

I remember looking around at everything happening and thinking:

Wow. We’re really doing this.

Something that had started as an idea and a dream was suddenly unfolding right in front of me. Global Baseball Adventures had come to life.

Looking at these photos almost 10 years later makes the memory even more special. Right there with us are Pedro Liriano, our MLB coach and on-the-ground guide in the Dominican Republic since Day 1, and Elvis, one of our assistants who has been part of this journey all these years. ❤️

On that field in Boca Chica in 2017, I got my first glimpse of what Global Baseball Adventures could become.

Two groups of kids from different countries started the day as strangers. By the time we were leaving, nobody wanted it to be over.

Almost 10 years later, GBA has grown in ways I never could have imagined. But that feeling — bringing people together from different parts of the world through the game we love — is still at the heart of everything we do.

10 YEARS / 10 MEMORIES

It’s hard to explain a Global Baseball & Softball Adventures trip in words.

So we’ll let the memories do the talking. 🇩🇴❤️

The games. ⚾️🥎
The people. 🤝
The culture. 🇩🇴
The service. ❤️
The friendships. 🫶

And the moments our players will remember long after they leave the field.

Here’s a glimpse into Summer 2026. 🇩🇴

⚾️ Baseball under the lights • ❤️ Community service • 🚡 Exploring Santo Domingo from above • 🏟️ New York Yankees Dominican Republic Academy • 🌴 Caribbean adventures

And now we’re getting ready to do it all again — with some very special plans in store for our 10th anniversary in 2027.👀

Info meetings begin this October!

10 YEARS. 🇩🇴⚾️🥎❤️

In 2017, Global Baseball Adventures began with a simple idea: use the game we love to give young athletes an experience far bigger than baseball/softball.

Ten years later, we’re getting ready for our biggest year yet!

Over the years, our players have competed on fields across the Dominican Republic, been coached by Big League stars, trained and learned at MLB academies, immersed themselves in Dominican culture, served local communities, built friendships with Dominican players and experienced a side of the country most visitors never get to see.

In 2027, we celebrate 10 YEARS of Global Baseball Adventures — and we’re planning some special additions and surprises to make our anniversary summer one we’ll never forget. 👀

This is only the beginning of the countdown.

Summer 2027. Year 10. 🇩🇴
