Typical Yoga Retreat day at our lovely summer Retreats in Sweden!

A beautiful and restful mix of Yoga and meditation sessions and time to just be. To feel like one with the nature, flowers and butterflies outside. To reconnect to a natural living at our Farmhouse venue. This charming place from the 1800 will give you the grounding that you need and bring you back to what's important in life.
Like to see vegetables grow, to get spring water in the well, to cook together in a Swedish authentic wooden house and to enjoy time for noticing all the little things.

When the sun sets again we gather for soothing Yin Yoga session where you just relax your body in poses, and brings deep peace inside. Disconnect from noisy places and noisy mind and come back to your center with us in this serene place.

All information of our venues and Retreats in the Swedish summer in Västergötland, just 1 hour from the city Gothenburg where you easily reach with flight or train.

During 12 days we reconnect to our practice deepening our understanding for ourselves, body and connection through Yoga, meditations and a living close to nature 🙏🧘

All days:
* Morning Hathayoga
* Evening Yinyoga
* Forest bath meditation
* Joyful somatic movement

Occasionally we have other meditations like laughter meditation, yoga Nidra, sound Healing and more.
