Ive painted a lot of fish ranging from small reef fish to big sea monsters, but I’ve yet to ever paint a bass! I never would’ve imagined the first bass I paint was one that @jimmyhoustonoutdoors caught. We kept one fish to paint which was close to 5lbs. So everyone knows, we did clean that fish and fry it up. I grew up watching Jimmy’s show on @espn every Saturday morning and to go bass fish with him was nothing short of epic. Our last day fishing together we caught 60 bass in 100 degree temps! Jimmy is a legend and one of the most genuine and kind people I’ve ever met. You will be able to watch us fishing together sometime in January of 2027 which will also be Jimmy’s 50th anniversary having a show!!! Stay tuned… for more 😎🤙🏽

Here’s a new one to the Mako series! My friend @dmystro is the conductor for @sinfoniagulfcoast Recently they performed JAWS in concert. I created this painting especially for that concert to be auctioned. I had the music notes of the buildup to the JAWS theme music coming out of the Makos mouth and added some color pop that was symbolic of the local waters here on the Emerald Coast. Love this one and more of this music series to come😎🎶

Check out this solid Wahoo! This fish weighed 83.3 lbs caught by the @gunnslinger.tv crew. Painted this fish in color with all the stripes in the initial print and brought it back to life! I got Wahoos on lock🎯

Last week I painted this portrait that included country musicians @tylerfarr @jasonaldean @locash @chuckwicks and GA bulldogs coach @coachkirbysmart ATL Braves @kleskobaseball for a charity event in Georgia at @mossypondlodge The portrait was painted in acrylics with some ink work and giving it a monochrome look with some pops of color. It was a blast shooting skeet for the first time with some great people and psyched on the painting going for $30,000!!! Thank you again Ryan for having me🤙🏽
