Found this in my camera roll and realized it would be a crime to make you wait until December. Honestly I’ve been meaning to post this since last Christmas, better late than never? I think collectively we could use a little levity right now….also, hot girl summer, amiright? 🤣 A moment for these “high vis, high vibes” vests that I spent an embarrassingly long time bedazzling for this video. (Shout out Tiff for the help too!) Thank you to @gwonger for creating the video even if it didn’t get its moment to shine, at least it can live here (or part of it). Spring is my favourite season. It feels like a Friday. Full of hope, excitement, adventure and an anticipatory energy. Also if you go to Italy in May and experience a heat wave it feels like you’ve hacked your way into a much longer summer. by @gnatters

I Tri’d so hard! (And got so far….but in the end it did in fact actually matter). 🙌🏼 🤣 First triathlon done and dusted. Phewf. 😅

Honestly, I am still gobsmacked I swam that far. 😅 Tri’ing times out in the water, let me tell ya. Did I stop every chance I had to catch my breath and hold onto the safety paddle boards and kayaks? Yes. (Massive shoutout to every single support staff out in that water helping me calm my nerves). I thought for sure I would bawl my eyes out if I made it back onto shore, but I think I was just so stunned I actually did it, that the rest is all a blur. Learning to swim again was a JOURNEY. It still needs work, but somehow it was enough to finish.

What I do know to be true is that so much of these races are mental and each time we do something terrifying it makes us stronger in so many ways. 💪🏼

I could not have done it without the support of my family, friends, the lululemon crew, and my swim coach who taught me the ropes (and how to stop holding onto them at the pool). What.a.day.

Thank you to the staff and volunteers and to every single person who cheered for each of us, your energy gave me life! 🙏🏼❤️ @t100triathlon @t100events

A few more of my favs from the Italian Dolomites Alta Via 1 trip because there were too many epic moments to choose from! ❤️🏃🏼‍♀️🏔️ First pic from the @thehilaryann from a wild moment on day one with the loudest thunderstorm cracking down on us and impending rain storm to follow, I sprinted downhill to the Refugio and managed to get undercover just as the hail storm started. by @gnatters

Y O L O M I T E S! 🏔️❤️ 🏃🏼‍♀️

6 days, 132km, 25,000 ft of climbing.

The trip of a lifetime trail running through the Alta Via 1 in the Dolomites with an incredible group of humans. Where do I even start?! I’ve been slow to post because it feels so overwhelming summing up a bucket list trip of a lifetime.

When the opportunity to go on a trip with @thehilaryann and @billyyang came up I knew I couldn’t say no. I was ready for a big adventure and took the plunge. Was I intimidated? Yes. I haven’t been running ultras in YEARS but knew this experience was meant to be.

I’m back home in body, but part of me is still here in the most awe-inspiring mountains with epic humans up to rad shit. Thank you to @wearevagabondtrails for organizing, Billy and Hilary for hosting (and capturing photos for us) and to the brave group of people who said “yes” and jumped into the deep end with me. Grateful is an understatement. 🙏🏼❤️
