Looking back on these photos from our #lululemon Vancouver trip gives me the biggest smile. 😁

Spending a week getting to explore such a cool city with such cool new and old friends. Playing, laughing, exploring, learning, sharing, and running, running, running. 🏃🏻‍♀️ Running in the rain, running on trails, running on treadmills and maybe one time not running in the rain outside 🤣

Boxing workouts that had us in tears (from laughter not pain), ice hockey excitement, learning Lynn Canyon, studio experiences with old Shanghai friends, so much delicious food and fun soda water 🫧 (we still talk about it!) and the best hosts in the entire world.

A big thank you to all the incredible humans who made this this such a special and memorable week ❤️

What a time!!! This Retreat was beyond special. From the villa to the natural beauty of Tuscany and most importantly, all the amazing women that showed up. The kind of trip I’ll talk about when I’m 80.

Spring is my favourite season. It feels like a Friday. Full of hope, excitement, adventure and an anticipatory energy. Also if you go to Italy in May and experience a heat wave it feels like you’ve hacked your way into a much longer summer.

This place has been in my heart my entire life… what a gift it has been to return to be a part of the wedding celebrations of our besties, Dana and Joelson. Every single detail was perfect, picturesque, wonderful, beautiful, immaculate, gorgeous, stunning, majestic vibes. We could not imagine having had a better time 💫

The year so much clicked. Thank you to every single one of you for coming to class, for trusting us with your training, for sharing your goals with us, for showing up when it’s hard, and inspiring everyone around you when you say “I promise you’ll love it there”.

We love this community with our entire hearts and we can’t wait to start off 2026 stronger than ever—with a team we wouldn’t change the world for and people like you who make every single day worth a 5am alarm.
