Our Permits just got approved, we broke ground and have officially started construction on our development project here in San Diego.

This permitting process has been a challenge and has taught us a lot so we are really excited to enter into the next phase of this development and get one step closer to accomplishing the goal that we set out to achieve. The lessons and skills that you are able to obtain taking a project like this on are priceless. We still have a long way to go but definitely grateful to be where we are at.

Shout out to our partner Garrett and our construction team Reuter Group Inc who are helping us take this to the finish line. Let’s get to WORK! taken in San Diego, California by @gobig.re

We got our renderings back for our 12 unit that we will be building this year and I couldn’t be more excited.

Once the project is done. We will have 14 new units that we will be bringing to the San Diego rental market.

Turning a duplex into a 14 unit apartment complex in San Diego is not a small task. Thankful for my team that’s pushing forward to get this accomplished. Lets GO BIG! taken in San Diego, California by @gobig.re

Had the opportunity to be apart of San Diego Start Up Week this year where we spoke about multifamily real estate development opportunities to start up executives and venture capitalists.

Irwin Jacobs closed out the event and left us all inspired to go out, keep chasing our dreams while hoping to make as much of an impact on the world as he did.

Nowhere near where we want to be. But very grateful for where we are. We prayed for moments like this. by @gobig.re

When you think about Generational Wealth, there was always someone down the line that took that chance and changed the game for their bloodline forever.

Coming from where we come from, we didn’t have that privilege, until now and I couldn’t be more proud and grateful that I get to build that with the two people I’ve looked up to my entire life.

San Diego’s Multi Family Development Market is HOT!

We just closed on a 6 Figure Wholesale Deal where we are going to be helping our investor build 24 units in Normal Heights.

Once Fully Stabilized, Here are what the numbers look like:
- $4 Million in Built in Equity
- $180k Net Cash Flow A Year

You can’t find a real estate deal that produces those kinds of returns, you HAVE to build it & that’s exactly what we are doing for our clients.

If you are interested to know how we get this done in todays real estate market in America’s Finest City, reach out and we can discuss how we can help connect the dots.

Helping bring diversity into our STEM communities and providing a platform for a family driven culture while building generation wealth.

Our communities aren’t taught this & @sd2org is bridging that gap.

Thank you for a great event!

There was a bit of a maze in this one. You wouldn’t believe what was living under some of this debris!

You see this more often then not when working in this field. Nothing we can’t handle, but
we should seriously probably start wearing our hazmat suits! 😬
