Our Permits just got approved, we broke ground and have officially started construction on our development project here in San Diego.

This permitting process has been a challenge and has taught us a lot so we are really excited to enter into the next phase of this development and get one step closer to accomplishing the goal that we set out to achieve. The lessons and skills that you are able to obtain taking a project like this on are priceless. We still have a long way to go but definitely grateful to be where we are at.

Shout out to our partner Garrett and our construction team Reuter Group Inc who are helping us take this to the finish line. Let’s get to WORK!

We got our renderings back for our 12 unit that we will be building this year and I couldn’t be more excited.

Once the project is done. We will have 14 new units that we will be bringing to the San Diego rental market.

Turning a duplex into a 14 unit apartment complex in San Diego is not a small task. Thankful for my team that’s pushing forward to get this accomplished. Lets GO BIG!

Had the opportunity to be apart of San Diego Start Up Week this year where we spoke about multifamily real estate development opportunities to start up executives and venture capitalists.

Irwin Jacobs closed out the event and left us all inspired to go out, keep chasing our dreams while hoping to make as much of an impact on the world as he did.

Nowhere near where we want to be. But very grateful for where we are. We prayed for moments like this.

Having the right team to help analyze and understand what is feasible as well as practical for your property is crucial when developing on it.

Shoutout to my buddy @thebuilderbrian. He recently talked about how he did some extensive market research and found that when you look at the lots that have development potential throughout the county, Linda Vista was an area that is underdeveloped and has opportunity for growth.

Another one of my friends @tj_miller talked about how when underwriting a deal, he likes to look for at least one demand catalysts that incentivizes development growth. That can be either a university, job growth, big multi million dollar city developments, etc. All of the sub markets listed have at least one of those catalysts.

These are just a few that I see a lot of investor activity in. So many more pockets in San Diego that have high investor interest & in all honestly, you can basically put an ADU in most backyards here in San Diego.

We just bought our first duplex in San Diego and will be developing it into a larger Multifamily property within the next 2 years. Force appreciating this asset in Americas Finest City. We set out a goal to acquire a development project before the end of the year and we closed escrow the last week of 2023.

This was a huge milestone for our family and I’m so excited to have shared this moment with them. The marathon to build generational wealth continues.
