We built something for a client last year using an approach we wouldn't use today.

That's not a failure. That's the job.

People who thrive here are the ones who are genuinely curious about what they don't know yet — and who actually do something about it. AI has changed what's possible on a two-week sprint. The teams that figure that out are building things nobody else can.

We invest in learning because the products we build deserve it. Join us. by @golaunchlabs

This is not what a real build day looks like.

We don’t pretend remote work looks like a traditional office. Most of the work happens async — Figma comments, Slack threads, PR reviews at odd hours. But whether we’re remote or in the same room, the connection, collaboration, and momentum still matter.

The product shapes how we work. Not the other way around.

If you want to see what we're building, it's at golaunchlabs.com. If you want to be part of building it, link in bio. by @golaunchlabs

Most of our team is Ukrainian.

Ukrainian tech talent has always been world-class. What we do at Launch Labs is connect it to the products that need it most: startups with big ideas, product leaders who are moving fast, and founders who want a team that thinks like partners.

The work is real. The stakes are real. And the team building it is right here. by @golaunchlabs

Meet Oleksandr — Senior Front-end Engineer at Launch Labs.

Before Launch Labs, he was helping teams build, maintain, and improve products of all shapes and sizes. Now he is building Scorebird, a real-time live score streaming platform for US founders who couldn't find the right team to build it.

What he said when we asked what makes the work different here:
"The Launch Labs team shares exceptionally deep care and expertise, and that's my driver here."

That's the standard across every project. Join us.

The best teams don't just execute. They ask why. They push back. They care what ships and what doesn't.

That's what we're building here. And it's who we hire.

The winter all-hands meeting is our annual tradition, and it gets better every year. It started out as a corporate hangout where C-levels shared updates and plans – always interesting, but not so fun.

This year, our PMs turned the meeting upside down with their videos, presentations, and inspiring stories about the products they’re working on. Everyone got a better sense of what the company’s been living and breathing outside their own projects. We shared energy, wins from 2025 and aspirations for 2026. It was exciting, motivating and, in some parts, eye-opening.

It was a pleasure to see all of you together, and we will see you again in a year 🚀 by @golaunchlabs

This December, like every year, Launch Labs played Santa Claus in disguise 🎅

Together with the Kids.Needs foundation, we brought a little holiday magic to the Good Heart Children’s Home in Novyi Milyatyn.

We received handwritten letters with all the children’s wishes, and our colleagues made sure every single one of them came true, while the company covered all the expenses.

We talk a lot about care here, but moments like these remind us what it really means.

Seeing children smile as they open their presents is something no value on a company website can capture.
Thank you to everyone at Launch Labs who joined this initiative and helped make the season brighter for the kids.

This is a tradition we truly care about, and one we hope to continue growing.

So if you feel like joining us next December – please do, and let’s make more kids happy together ✨ by @golaunchlabs

Secret Santa at Launch Labs is officially done 🎁

Getting everyone together (even online) to open gifts and try to guess who gave them is pure joy and the boost we need to make it to the finish line of December.

Small traditions like this make a remote team feel less remote, and this is the one we look forward to every year.

Wishing you all cozy holidays, good laughs, and a well-deserved rest 🎄 by @golaunchlabs
