Not entirely sure how I physically made it to the gym this morning, but here we are! 😂💕 Running on vibes, old-school soca, and a little bit of delusion. 💃🏽🎶💪🏽🇹🇹

I know that short shorts and showing as much skin as possible probably get more attention on a fitness journey, but this is what I’ve got to offer 😂

There’s nothing glamorous about this process. I’m tired. I’m hungry. And I definitely don’t love the idea of waking up at 5:45 AM to get to the gym.

BUT… I’m also incredibly grateful that my body allows me to do all of these things, and grateful for the energy I do have to keep showing up.

No supermodel over here. Just a quirky girl who wants to get stronger, pick heavy things up, and put them back down. 🏋🏽‍♀️

And somehow… we keep going. 🖤
