How lucky I am to get to say this: we’re going on a book tour. This Spring the world’s greatest homebody (hello) will in fact leave said home to talk about…the magic of home cooking. The recipes, yes, but really — the practice of making space and time when we believe we’re already all out of such precious resources. Returning to our kitchen tables in the face of widespread ROI culture is one of the more radical things we can choose to do right now.

Eating at Home is a rallying call: that when we’ve tried every way to make mealtimes more efficient, our best medicine may be to embrace cooking and eating as a practice. One that makes us more present, more honest, more human.

This Spring I’ll have the chance to share Eating at Home with you in the company of my favorite writers, chefs and fellow entrepreneurs. The wonderful team @havenwellwithin is partnering with me to bring all of this to life. Gratitude overflowing for how the universe has organized around this big, little project.
