if it feels off, it is. if you feel out of place, you are. if it feels wrong, don’t do it. if your body says no to someone, a situation or a place, leave immediately. your body is the last to accept. trust your gut feeling and what you deeply feel.

•MATCHA OVERNIGHT OATS•

Combine the below ingredients and let it sit overnight or at least for a few hours:
🌱1/2 cup rolled oats
🌱2 tbsp chia seeds
🌱your favorite kind of milk (I used vanilla oat @malkorganics here because of its minimal simple ingredients)
🌱2 tsp matcha powder (I used @golde matcha)
🌱1 scoop of your favorite protein powder

Top with your favorite toppings - I used the below!
🌱goji berries
🌱hemp seeds
🌱dark chocolate chips

Nutrition Tips: ✨
- this is an antioxidant galore easy breakfast meal idea right here! The matcha, goji berries and dark chocolate chips are not only great for your skin, but will boost your mood AND your immune system as well 🥰 with the dark and cold winter days upon us, it’s critical to ensure you are taking care of your health to avoid getting sick 🤒
- I try to incorporate as much protein as I can and evenly space it throughout the day so that I stay full and satiated with foods that fuel my body rather than detract from it. The hemp seeds and protein powder provide a good source of protein for this meal to start your day 💪🏼

Knock knock. Who’s there? Matcha. Matcha who? Umm kinda offended you just questioned matcha 🍵🙄.

Okay: 1) That joke was BAD. 2) Don’t question matcha 🫶.

Matcha = type of green tea that is packed with antioxidants. It’s a great alternative to coffee and offers a slow release of caffeine in the bloodstream (no coffee jitters, hooray 🥳). Matcha contains EGCG, a catechin with potent antioxidant properties. Feeling a little stressed, matcha also contains something called L-theanine which supports mental clarity and encourages relaxation.

Basically, matcha is very good for you. Basically, you should make this smoothie bowl.

Matcha Smoothie Bowl (GF, Vegan)

Ingredients
1 c @malkorganics unsweetened almond mylk
Big handful of spinach
1 frozen ripe banana, chopped
1.5 c frozen mango
1 c frozen pineapple
1/4 c @tastecocoyo coconut yogurt
1 scoop @sproutliving Epic Vanilla Lucuma vegan protein powder
1 tsp @golde matcha

Instructions
In a blender, combine mylk and spinach. Blend on high until puréed. Add all other ingredients. With the lid on and using the tamper, blend and mash until creamy. Scoop into a @coconutbowls. Add toppings—kiwi 🥝 would be 10/10.
