We live in a world that encourages us to look for quick answers, instant shifts and immediate results.

But the relationship you have with yourself is not something you need to rush.

It deepens through the small, seemingly ordinary moments. The practice you return to after a busy week. The pause that allows you to hear what you need. The movement that helps you feel more connected to your body. The conversations that remind you that you are not alone in what you experience.

This is why Nectar is six months.

Not because you need six months to become someone different, but because you deserve the space to explore, practice, integrate what you are discovering about yourself.

Nectar offers an ongoing rhythm of somatic practice, ritual, reflection and community, with a curated library of resources and live experiences to support you along the way.

A space to move beyond simply understanding yourself intellectually and begin to experience that understanding in the way you live, feel, relate and make choices.

There is no need to do everything or show up perfectly. You can arrive as you are, take what you need, and return whenever life pulls you away.

Not another thing to achieve. A rhythm to return to.

If you are longing for a more nourishing relationship with yourself, I would love to welcome you into Nectar, our 6-Month Embodied Woman Membership.

Spring invites us to follow what is emerging.

To move a little more.
To follow what feels alive.
To make space for new energy, ideas, desires and possibilities.

But embracing Spring doesn’t mean rushing into action.

There is wisdom in moving at the pace your body is ready for, allowing what is emerging to unfold gradually, rather than feeling like you need to bloom all at once.

I created Spring Nourishment as a gentle companion for the season.

Inside are 7 simple rituals to help you reconnect with your body, nourish your energy, and move with the natural rhythm of Spring.

You’ll find seasonal reflections, embodied practices and gentle rituals to support vitality, renewal and connection - without adding another thing to your already-full life.

🌸 Spring Nourishment is free.

There was something about the rhythm of life in those little Italian towns that made it easier to be present.

The church bells ringing each hour. The slow morning coffee. The long lunches that stretched into the afternoon. The conversations without looking at the time. The walks through narrow streets, with no particular destination in mind.

I found myself noticing the little things, rather than thinking about what came next.

And coming home, I’ve been thinking about how easily we can become so focused on getting through the day that we forget to actually experience it.

We rush towards the next task, the next commitment, the next thing on our list. Even our moments of rest can become something to fit into the schedule.

But what if we didn’t always need to be moving towards something?

What if we allowed ourselves to pause long enough to hear the birds, feel the warmth of the sun on our skin, savour a meal, or be fully present in a conversation with someone we love?

We might not have the church bells of an Italian village to remind us, but perhaps we can find our own ways to return to the moment.

Not by escaping our everyday lives, but by learning to be more fully here, within them.

A little invitation for today: let one ordinary moment be enough. No need to capture it, improve it or turn it into something productive.

Just be there for it. taken in Treviso, Italy by @goldencor.co

The way we speak to ourselves shapes the way we grow.

When we approach personal growth from the belief that something in us needs fixing, we can end up reinforcing the very feeling of inadequacy we are trying to overcome.

~ What if growth could begin somewhere else?

What if, instead of looking at ourselves through the lens of what is missing, we became curious about what is possible?

You can acknowledge the places where you want to grow without making them evidence that you are not enough.

You can accept yourself as you are today while remaining open to all that you are becoming.

There is a difference between trying to improve yourself because you believe something is wrong with you, and nurturing your potential because you recognise there is more of yourself you want to express.

One comes from self-rejection. The other, from self-acceptance.

You don’t have to believe you are inadequate to desire growth.

You can begin from where you are, with compassion for who you have been, curiosity about who you are today, and openness to who you might become.

A gentle question to carry with you this weekend:

Where in your life could you replace self-criticism with curiosity about your potential? by @goldencor.co

You don’t need to earn your rest.

And yet, how often do we wait until everything is done before allowing ourselves to slow down?

There’s always something else that needs our attention. Another task, another responsibility, another thing we tell ourselves we’ll get to once everything else is taken care of.

But what if rest wasn’t something you had to earn through productivity?

What if you could pause in the middle of a busy day, take a deeper breath, soften your shoulders, or give yourself a moment to simply be, without needing to justify it?

Your body doesn’t need you to finish everything before it can rest. You’re allowed to tend to yourself in the middle of the mess, the uncertainty, and the unfinished.

Rest isn’t a reward for doing enough. It’s part of being human.

And sometimes, the most nourishing thing you can do is give yourself permission to stop, even when there’s more to do.

~ If you’re longing to bring more nourishment and spaciousness into your everyday life, my free Spring Nourishment Guide is here for you.

Inside, you’ll find 7 simple rituals to nourish your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and welcome more presence and aliveness into your days.

Where might a pause make a difference in your day?

We often move from one thing to the next without giving ourselves a moment to arrive. Our attention is already on the next conversation, the next responsibility, the next thing that needs our response.

Over time, life can begin to feel like a continuous stream of doing, with very little space to notice how we’re actually experiencing it.

Pause offers us a different way of being with ourselves and the world around us. It gives us a moment to notice what’s happening within us, to hear the thoughts that get lost in the noise, and to become more intentional about how we want to meet what comes next.

Sometimes, the smallest pauses can change the quality of our day. A few breaths before responding, a moment looking out the window, a walk without the constant pull of our phones, driving somewhere in silence. These simple moments bring us back into contact with ourselves.

We don’t have to move through every moment at the pace life seems to demand of us.

Perhaps today, you could allow a little more space between one thing and the next, and notice what shifts when you do.

•••

Inside Nectar, we create space for these moments of reconnection through somatic practice, ritual, reflection and community. A place to step out of the constant doing and cultivate a more nourishing relationship with yourself and the life you’re living.

If you’re longing for more space to slow down, reconnect and feel more at home in yourself, I’d love to welcome you into Nectar.

It’s easy to move through life with an invisible checklist, measuring a good day by what you’ve accomplished, what you’ve crossed off, and how much you’ve managed to fit in. I’m guilty of this at times. Do you relate?

Even rest can become something we feel we need to earn, rather than something we’re allowed to experience simply because we’re human. It sounds ridiculously basic, and yet we often don’t allow ourselves the space for it.

What if the value of your day wasn’t determined by your productivity?

What if a day spent resting, being present with the people you love, enjoying a slow morning, or simply having the space to hear yourself think or write down some thoughts was just as valuable as a day filled with achievements?

You are more than what you produce, and your worth doesn’t fluctuate with your output.

Perhaps the invitation is to begin noticing what else makes a day feel meaningful, and to give yourself permission to honour those things, too.

I’d love to hear what makes a day feel meaningful to you, beyond what you get done. What are the little things that leave you feeling nourished, connected or simply glad to be here?

Share them in the comments below.

There comes a point where you realise you can’t keep making the same choices and expect to feel like a new version of yourself.

You start to notice what genuinely feels good, what feels forced, what you’ve outgrown, what you’ve been holding onto simply because it’s familiar.

The more connected you become to yourself, the easier it is to recognise what is truly yours and what isn’t.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to trust yourself enough to choose what feels more honest, aligned and true to who you are becoming. by @goldencor.co

October inside Nectar ༄

This month, we’re turning our attention towards the nervous system, not as something to fix or regulate perfectly, but as a pathway into deeper self-awareness.

Through breathwork, movement, ritual and conversation, we’ll explore the patterns that shape how we respond to life, and what becomes possible when there is a little more space to choose differently.

Alongside our weekly 30-minute live practices, we’ll explore Rebirthing Breathwork through a new recorded resource, with a live session with Candace on Friday 16 October.

Our low-touch Book Club reading also continues this season with The Body Keeps the Score.

Not more to add to your already-full life, but a space to pause, notice, experiment and begin to experience yourself differently, creating more room to respond with choice, reconnect with what feels true and move through life with greater presence and possibility. by @goldencor.co

Maybe we need a new kind of ASAP.

Allow Space And Pause.

Space to step back from the noise, the expectations, the constant doing.

Pause long enough to notice what is actually here. What your body is asking for. What you’ve been moving too quickly to feel.

I’ve been reminded of this recently after taking a little pause from my business and stepping away for nearly a month to travel through Italy with my family, reconnect with my Italian lineage, and spend time with my Brazilian family.

There was something beautiful about letting life be the priority for a while, without needing to turn the pause into something productive.

And perhaps that’s the invitation.

Not to disappear from your life, but to create enough space within it to actually be present for the life you’re living.

You don’t always need to do more.

Sometimes, you just need to allow space and pause. by @goldencor.co

Life isn’t always calm.

There will be uncertainty.
Excitement.
Disappointment.
Grief.
Desire.
Change.
Joy.

The goal isn’t to become untouched by any of it.

It’s to become more available to the full range of what it means to be alive.

To notice when your system needs rest, and when it’s ready for movement.

To have space for stillness, and space for excitement.

To feel deeply without immediately needing to fix, suppress or move away from what you feel.

To build the capacity to stay connected to yourself, even as life moves around you.

Nervous system nourishment isn’t about becoming calmer.

It’s about becoming more resourced for life itself. by @goldencor.co

Virgo season meets spring, and both seem to invite a little more attention.

To how we’re actually feeling.
To the rhythms we’re living in.
To the patterns we’ve been moving through without always noticing.

There can be a quiet moment of recognition when you realise something no longer feels quite right. Maybe the pace. Maybe the expectations. Maybe the way you’ve been relating to yourself.

Spring offers a beautiful opportunity to pause there.

Inside Nectar this season, we’re exploring the nervous system through three stages: understanding, experience and embodiment.

~ September is about building the foundations, with a creative circle held by Sarah Manning, our resident art therapist, offering another way to explore the season through creativity and the subconscious.

~ October takes us into experience through our regular practices and Rebirthing Breathwork with Candace.

~ November brings those explorations into everyday life, alongside an in-person gathering in Warrandyte, where we’ll spend a slow afternoon together in nature.

Awareness can change so much. But there is something different about beginning to live from what you know.

More space. More choice. More trust in yourself. More room for the parts of you that want to create, connect, rest and come alive.

Nectar is open for new members this Spring.

If you’ve been feeling the pull to come back to yourself, we’d love to welcome you in. Comment NECTAR for the link to enter our Nectar sanctuary. by @goldencor.co
