Moderna was founded by Noubar Afeyan, who is also the founder @fast_foundation in Armenia. Imagine if something groundbreaking like this was produced out of one FAST Foundations initiatives. Which is their goal, which is why it's so important that WE, support FAST, to help it succeed in its mission.

A personalized mRNA cancer vaccine, added to an existing treatment, slowed the return of melanoma and its spread to other parts of the body in a late-stage clinical trial, the drugmakers Merck and Moderna announced Wednesday, results that could herald a new, powerful approach in oncology.

So-called “neoantigen” vaccines have long been seen as having potential as cancer treatments, but this is the first randomized Phase 3 clinical trial aimed at definitively proving their benefit. In this case the personalized vaccine, intismeran, was combined with Merck’s Keytruda in adjuvant melanoma, meaning patients’ disease had been surgically removed.

LET'S GOOO!

We talk a lot about preserving Armenian culture. But culture can’t just live in history books, old photographs, or stories about what our ancestors accomplished. It has to keep evolving. It has to be experienced. And most importantly, the next generation has to see that our history is worthy of being presented on the biggest stages.

That's why I am so proud of @askoakopyan @armanshanian @peopleofarfoundation for making something incredible like this happen.

And that’s why I believe Echoes of Our Ancestors is so culturally important. We've all seen a lot of Armenian productions over the years, and I don’t say this lightly: the level of talent, vision, and production depth behind this show is unheard of in our community. A live performance by the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, some of the most accomplished Armenian artists from around the world, theatrical storytelling, dance, choreography, and cinematic visuals all coming together to tell our story at the Greek Theatre...the Greek!!

This isn't just about "supporting"...this is our history and identity being treated with the artistic ambition and seriousness they deserve. It proves that we are capable of creating cultural work that isn’t only meaningful to us, but world class by any standard.

Last year, nearly 6,000 people filled the Greek and the show completely sold out. This year’s production, Heroes & Saints, is an entirely new experience honoring the courage, faith, and sacrifice that preserved our people through centuries.

I’m so proud to see something of this magnitude being created within our community. If we want Armenian culture to remain powerful and relevant, these are the kinds of projects we have to show up for.

September 3 at the Greek Theatre. I’ll be there and I hope to see many of you there too!

They keep planting this seed. Coming soon to a war theatre near you. Will azeris backstab their "brothers"?

Meanwhile pashinyan doesn't have a care in the world posting reels of himself making hearts and vibing to kendrick lamar wearing his fedora.

What happened to our timeline??

Posted on April 8th, Former Director of the U.S. National Counterterrorism Center, Joe Kent, tweeted on X that a potential U.S. decision to leave NATO could be motivated by a desire to side with Israel if it were to enter into a conflict with Turkey over Syria.

Turkey and the United States are both NATO members, while Israel is not. Under the alliance’s agreement, an attack on Turkey would obligate the U.S. to help defend Ankara. by @goliath.da.great

Listen, fraud is a problem everywhere in every community, the problem isnt going after fraudsters, the problem is they sent a fuxking turk to specifically target Armenians.

Pretty big news today. On one side, I am happy to see a step towards peace, on the other, we've been here before. How could we ever have peace when we have a gun pointed at us? I don't know, I have mixed feelings.

However, I also want to get the info out there of what was all included in the deal. Just stating facts here, no emotion or opinion involved. Regardless of how you feel about it, you should be properly informed on what was actually agreed on and what wasn't.

Some say Armenia approached this peace deal already defeated...that our losses in 2020 and 2023 shaped every decision we made in Washington. There’s truth in that: we entered these talks from a position of military and political weakness, and that reality shaped the outcome.

But there is a difference between recognizing your limits and resigning yourself to weakness: one is an honest assessment of the battlefield, the other is giving up. Armenia’s challenge now is to prove that accepting this deal was not surrender, but a strategic pause.... a way to regroup, rebuild, and come back stronger.

If we treat this agreement as the end of the story, then yea, it’s defeatism.
If we treat it as the start of a long-term recovery plan, then it’s something else entirely...survival with intent.

History doesn’t just remember who lost the last battle, it remembers who adapted and won the next one. by @goliath.da.great
