Our 6th Annual Take it to the Track fundraiser was our biggest one yet! 🏁 On behalf of the Grigor Gevorgyan Foundation, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and made this year’s event so special. It was wonderful seeing familiar faces, meeting new ones, and coming together for a great cause, all while having an incredible and safe day at the track. To everyone who attended, participated, volunteered, sponsored, donated, and supported us, thank you for being part of it. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🧡

💚 12,590 Pounds of Fresh Food FREE for Our Community! @musicchanginglives received 742 cases of fresh produce, including blueberries, squash, spring mix, celery, broccoli, plums, and guava, with an estimated retail value of more than $32,000‼️ Thank you to Food Dorward, The Farmlink Project, the crew in the Pit Stop Warehouse, my drivers MANNnnnnnn our Heal Dena partners, @mbcaltadena @soulsavingproductionsorg @prosperity.market @uclacollegecorps and every volunteer who helped make this possible. This is not a race thing. It is a human thing. In the words of Michael Jackson on his very special day, “It doesn’t matter who’s wrong or right.” What matters is whether we are willing to show up for one another when help is needed. And as we enter 20th month of service we’re honored to be in service to our people. This work continues to prove that when artists and grassroots organizations receive the right resources, we are among the strongest second responders a community can have. We lead with creativity, compassion, love, and unity, and most of us stay long after the headlines disappear. But free food is not free to distribute. Transportation, refrigeration, storage, supplies, and staffing all require resources. We need: 💚 21 supporters giving $50 per month 💚 50 supporters giving $21 per month 💚 Businesses to sponsor transportation and storage 💚 Volunteers for our next distribution 📅 September 25 — Setup and preparation 📅 September 26 — Community distribution Help us keep fresh, healthy food free for our community. Donate, volunteer, or become a monthly supporter through the link in our bio. Because serving humanity is bigger than race, politics, or differences. It is about love. Happy Birthday, Michael Jackson. Your message still lives through the work. #foodforthepeople #healdena #MusicChangingLives #ArtistsInService #MichaelJackson

A snip of tonight’s Sound bath. Some people are taught by life. Others are shaped by it. I’ve always felt like I’ve lived a thousand versions of myself in one lifetime — and maybe that’s why my energy feels different. I don’t think like the crowd. I don’t move like the crowd. People meet me and always ask: “Who are you?” Truth is… I’m still unfolding the best version of me.

Let Us Color Our Story 🎨 If you’re new here, welcome. @musicchanginglives wasn’t born polished, it was born real. No funding. No titles. No recognition. It started with our CEO selling CDs on the streets… asking complete strangers to believe in something bigger than a song. Every CD turned into a conversation. Every conversation turned into connection. Not just listening, but learning. Not just learning, but healing. Not just healing, but teaching it forward. That’s how we live the each one, teach one model. That’s how artists reclaim ownership, knowledge, and wealth. That’s how culture gets protected instead of extracted. That principle was passed to him at the right moment, and truthfully… it saved his life. What started as grassroots hustle grew into classrooms. Then studios. Then community gardens, murals, youth councils, and afterschool spaces. Today, that same street-level love has grown into a Presidential Award Winning organization in our region, recognized nationally, not because we chased applause, but because we stayed committed to educating our people and reinvesting back into the community. No shortcuts. Just trust. Consistency. & Realignment And the belief that education, culture, and creativity belong to everyone. If you’ve ever supported in anyway shape or form Thank You! 🎨 Now it’s your turn to Color Your Story If this resonates, we invite you to support our Color Your Story coloring book. Every book helps us keep our programs alive, keeping studios open, youth engaged, and creative spaces protected in times like these. 🎶 Want to create with us? You can book studio time or drum lessons, link in the bio. Come learn. Come heal. Come teach it forward. This is how the story gets colored. This is how the work continues. What role did music or art play in your story? #ColorYourStory #MusicChangingLives #StudioTime #DrumLessons #InlandEmpire

This Thanksgiving week, let’s begin by giving thanks for all we are blessed with our homes, our families gathered together, and the health facilities we can walk into at any time to receive the care we need.⁣ ⁣ But there are communities who don’t have that privilege.⁣ ⁣ This Thanksgiving, let’s come together and give whatever we can to help reach the $64,500 goal for the Getashen Village Hospital Project.⁣ We have already raised $43,000, thanks to your generosity. Help us reach the finish line so the people of this village can finally have access to the care and dignity that we often take for granted.⁣ ⁣ Here is a small clip of the children and elders of Getashen, sharing their heartfelt gratitude with the Diaspora for uniting to rebuild their hospital.⁣ ⁣ Every dollar counts. Every share matters. Every act of kindness brings us closer to our goal.⁣ ⁣ ⸻⁣ ⁣ 𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗔𝗬𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗘:⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ 🏦 Zelle: unitedarmeniandiaspora@gmail.com⁣ 🏦 PayPal: unitedarmeniandiaspora@gmail.com⁣ ⁣ ⸻⁣ ⁣ 𝘞𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵 & 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵.⁣ United Armenian Diaspora is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
