Sunday, October 18th, we're teaming up with Banya for a full day of movement and recovery you won't want to miss🤍

Here's how it goes:
Class starts at 3:00 PM SHARP at Good Form West Bloomfield, we will not be starting late, so plan to arrive early. We'll move through a 45-minute mat Pilates class together.

The schedule:
• 3:00 PM: Mat Pilates class at Good Form
• 3:50 PM: Party bus pickup at Good Form
• 4:20 PM: Arrive at Banya for the recovery half of the day
• 6:00 PM: Leave Banya
• Drop-off back at Good Form

At Banya, you'll get a full spa experience, including:
• Lymphatic body rolling to stimulate circulation and reduce bloating/water retention
• Contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge) for muscle recovery and that post-recovery glow
• Complimentary frozen matcha because you earned it

Then the bus brings everyone back to Good Form and you're done, moved, recovered, and relaxed before your Sunday's even over.

What to bring: your swimsuit and a friend who needs this as much as you do.
