Newly sober? Here are 3 things I want you to start doing. 🤍

The first 30 days without alcohol can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re figuring out what life looks like without drinking.

But sister, you don’t have to figure it all out overnight.

Here are 3 things that can help you along the way:

1. Plan your weekends AND your days. ✨
Don’t just remove alcohol and leave all that empty time. Start creating new routines and experiences that bring you joy. Try a fitness class, explore your city, find a hobby, or simply create a daily routine that gives you something to look forward to. Structure can be especially helpful in early sobriety.

2. Build a support system. 🤍
You don’t have to do this alone. Surround yourself with people who respect your decision, encourage your growth, and support your recovery. Find a recovery community, attend meetings, or connect with women who understand your journey.

3. Stop comparing your journey. ✨
Your recovery is personal. Your healing, growth, and relationship with God don’t have to look like anyone else’s. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small it may seem.

Remember, sobriety isn’t just about what you’re giving up. It’s about the life you’re creating.

Give yourself grace, take it one day at a time, and keep showing up for yourself.

The glow-up starts within. 🤍

Save this for encouragement and share it with a sister who’s beginning her alcohol -free journey.
