Happy anniversary to the man, the myth, the legend… the amazing Mike. 😘

Hawaii, Italy, Ireland, and now Japan. I’m so grateful for all the incredible places we’ve gotten to celebrate this fantastic union of ours. But honestly, we could be at an insurance seminar in Kathmandu and I’d still be over the moon because I’d be on an adventure with you.

Thank you for being mostly patient with all of my tech requests and general annoyances. 😂 For helping me find my phone every single time I lose it. For never getting mad when I insist we watch a movie or TV show together and then immediately fall asleep. And for somehow not flipping out when I leave the water running in the garden, even when I SWEAR there is no way I did. 😂

Thank you for accepting that I love every animal on the planet and will absolutely foster fail again, that every vacation somehow requires more room for treasures, that the correct amount of Halloween decorations is always more than last year, and for indoctrinating me into Disney adulting. 😂

You’re my favorite yacht rock car singing duet partner, my greatest adventure, my safest place, and the very best thing I treasure.

YOU are my home.

✨ Furbaby Friday ✨

Two sweet souls, both ready for their next chapter 🐾💛

🐱 Meet this handsome boy:
He showed up at a kind human’s door in rough shape—injured, underweight, and clearly struggling. Fast forward to now: he’s healed, healthy, neutered, fully vaccinated, and ready for a fresh start. The vet estimates he’s about 2 years old, and his personality is as dreamy as they come—gentle, affectionate, and so, so loving.

🐶 And this sweet girl:
8 months old and already stealing hearts. She’s a small lab mix (about 40 lbs), spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and fully vetted. She’s looking for either a foster or her forever home—and she deserves nothing less than the best.

We thought we’d have more years with you… but even if we were given decades more, it still would have never been enough.

You healed my heart in ways I don’t even have words for. Through the darkest moments of our infertility journey, you were and always will be my daughter. My constant. My comfort. My most favorite hiking buddy.

The creek at Grover Hot Springs will never feel the same without you.

You loved us all so fiercely and unconditionally. Our brave protector with that big, intimidating bark… even if we knew you were secretly just a little chicken 🐾

You brought so much joy, laughter, and light into our lives. The space you’ve left behind can never be filled. It is yours forever.

We will keep singing your songs, even though no one could ever sing as well as you. I am holding tight to every beautiful memory.

400 classes down and a lifetime of good health to go 💪✨
So much love for my @otflamesa tribe—one of my biggest reasons I get my ass out of bed every morning. My village reps HARD, and I’m beyond grateful to have found my joy in movement again.

If you’re struggling to start (or restart) your health journey, my advice is simple: put one foot in front of the other. Showing up for yourself is the greatest gift you can give your health and longevity.

For me, the real work started with forgiving myself—for the weight gain, for the restarts—and honoring that first step back in as part of the journey. It’s not about perfection. It’s about getting back up. Every single time.

93 lbs down over 2 years with a GLP-1, HRT, supplements (hello perimenopause 😅), and a deep commitment to movement.

I used to say I only run if my life is in peril AKA being chased by a bear 🐻 Check me out, bro 😎 🤣🤣🤣!! It was my first 5k and probably the last time I ran officially was a junior high fun run 🫠when people ask, I always say you have to find joy in the way you move your body. We did a lil somethin-something with @diplosrunclub today. EXCELLENT EVENT!! I loveeeeee my @otflamesa community so much. The best crew around. Spooky season brings me so much joy. 🎃 Halloween is my Super Bowl. There’s nothing better than overhearing a kid whisper to his friend, “she goes allllll out” as they walk up to my house.

The squealing little girls who realize (with pure delight!) that this is a full candy bar house… 🩷 They were my first trick-or-treaters, so when I told them they could pick a second bar as a prize for being first, their screams echoed down the block. My heart exploded with happiness.

My homegirls—who know how much I love Halloween—rally with me at the end of the driveway, cackling over Halloweens past when “going out” started late, and now we’re happily in bed by 10. 👻🍸My cousin has been in town and it’s been so special to have her help with all the decorations and preparations. A lovely reminder of how my mom and her sisters would rally around each other.

I love it all. Feeling so blessed and lucky to have such an incredible tapestry of friends who are truly my family. Can’t wait to do it again next year. 🖤 ONTO Christmas… 🎄 by @goodandyummy

Halloween 2025 exterior. I’m not the best at the filming and editing. I like the creating, making and decorating part 😈 AND handing out the candy!!
