Vulnerable post alert 🚨 About 3½ years ago I was diagnosed with PCOS after sudden weight gain, cystic acne, fatigue, and even some lovely facial hair😍. I had no clue what was going on or how to manage it. My mom (aka the best health coach ever 💕) asked me to try her program, and honestly, I didn’t expect much. But within days my energy was back. I wasn’t crashing between Pilates classes or needing naps to survive the day. My mood lifted, my body felt better, and I finally felt like me again. Now I use the Active line — EAAs + Whey Protein — to support recovery and keep my blood sugar balanced. It’s been a total game changer for managing PCOS and feeling strong. And real talk — I’ve tried pretty much every protein brand over the last 12 years dancing and working in fitness. Optavia just tastes better. It’s clean, simple, and actually something I look forward to every day. That’s why I decided to become a coach too — to help others find energy, confidence, and balance again. 💪🏼 If you’re struggling with PCOS, fatigue, or just want to feel amazing again, let’s chat. 🩷 #PCOSAwareness #HealthJourney #Optavia #PilatesInstructor #ProteinPower #WellnessJourney #opt2bstrong by @goodfrankiee
