Happy GK Burger Night Everyone!

If you’re one of those people who love an endless summer the weather is just up your alley...for those of us who don’t we cannot wait to don our autumn apparel and snuggle up. 🌬️🍂🍁

It is an amazing time to be a Wisconsinite regardless of your weather spectrum as the Milwaukee Brewers are better than...well..most of you will remember! Those of us with longer teeth remember the 1982 team with love and reverence as that ragtag gang of misfits took us all on a ride to the World Series!
During that title run a cookbook was published called “Cookin’ with The Brewers Wives” and featured recipes from all of the Brewers spouses including this one from the ex-wife of the late, great, legend of all legends Bob Uecker’s wife Judy.
We took Judy’s dish from our second slide…the now canon epicurean classic “Uecker Special” and GK’d it up a bit to give you newby Brewer fans just a taste of what it was like to eat in Milwaukee in 1982.

So today we honor not only the Brewers of today but Judy Uecker’s contributions to the culinary community with this-

🍔 Old Stone Farms Wagyu Beef Patty, Garlic Whipped Potatoes, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Green Beans in Veal Demi Glacé, Dijon, and a Tater Tot all on our GK Buttermilk Brioche Bun! 🍔

So take this day off from scream cheering for your favorite baseball team and get ya butts down to GK for this or any other of our ever changing and always seasonal menu items from the kitchen and bar!!

Happy GK Burger Night Everyone!!

The absolutely best season of the year is upon us at last where sweaters and sweatshirts rule the wardrobe but can always be removed for a little sun if needed and the nights are perfectly built for sleepin. Autumn rules.

It also brings the best of all worlds culinarily as peppers and tomatoes are in their last stretches while apples and squashes and pears are just popping off at the markets! Sweet, savory, spicy, and everything in between all at your fingertips if you’re a cooker.
This week we celebrate that crazy mix of seasons and flavors with this-

🍔Old Stone Farms Wagyu Beef Patty, Deer Creek Rattlesnake Habanero Cheddar, Avocado Puree, Jamaican Curry BBQ Sauce, and Pineapple~Piquillo Salsa all on our GK Buttermilk~Brioche Bun!!🍔
