Israel is sealing off the villages east of Tulkarm one road at a time. On October 8, 2026, the Israeli army's Central Command chief, Maj. Gen. Avi Bluth, signed five orders restricting movement and traffic around Shufa, Izbat Shufa, Saffarin and the Enav junction. Every map attached to them marks the same kind of place: the points where village roads meet Route 557, the Tulkarm–Nablus road. Those junctions are how these villages reach Tulkarm, Nablus and their own olive groves. The checkpoints at Shufa, Enav and Jabara already open on the army's schedule, and in September soldiers arrested four men picking olives on their land near the Enav settlement. The new orders close in what is left, in the middle of the olive harvest. by @goodshepherdcollective

Zionist settlers reportedly invaded Palestinian lands in al-Mughayyir village, near Ramallah, bringing their sheep to graze on the land. Footage shows at least one settler wearing a kuffiyeh poisoning his own sheep in an attempt to accuse Palestinians of harming the animals.

Poisoning and killing animals, either those belonging to Palestinian farmers or settlers’ own livestock, in order to harm Palestinians is nothing new in terms of settlers’ tactics. Animal abuse is a symptom of the greater issue—complete disregard for all life and the land itself. by @goodshepherdcollective
