The hunt for sub60 ended at sub62🏆

A time was had in DC, One thing we can say is that you neeed a plan. You can’t come on to this floor blind without any direction.

Here is a break down for you guys to use for your next Mix double race. it’s the same template we used in Miami as well that got us 106. The only difference is we have gotten faster on the runs and stations

First and foremost, All glory to God. What a blessing it is to compete.

DC, you owe us nothing. We came here with big expectations to deliver on something we had our eyes set on. We came up just a little shy, but man, we did some great work and shaved off almost 4 min. From our previous time out and a new PR. I don’t want to say it’s back to the drawing board. I want to say put me back in RIGHT NOW and we’ll give a show. 🤣

We learn something about ourselves from every race, and every race teaches us something about ourselves and the sport. if there’s one thing we can say is that we’re only getting stronger and faster every time we step onto the dance floor.

We’re proud of this work, and proud of the progress.

Thank you to our village , Gotime, and everyone for your love and support.
