Rooted in Louisiana’s agricultural heritage and designed for the future, the Louisiana Farm Bureau Corporate Headquarters serves as a hub for collaboration, innovation, and advocacy. 🌾

The three-story facility brings together legislators, industry leaders, and members of the farming community in a dynamic environment designed to foster conversation and drive progress. Inspired by the natural landscape, the headquarters blends technology-forward workspaces, training facilities, and broadcasting capabilities with biophilic design elements, natural materials, and expansive views.

The result is a destination that reflects the values of Louisiana agriculture while supporting the people and communities shaping its future. taken in Baton Rouge, Louisiana by @grace.designstudios

Desert Horizon Elementary School's Next Gen Renovation has been recognized as ENR Southwest's Best Project, an honor awarded to a project submitted by CORE Construction. 🏆

As architect for the phased campus rebuild, Grace Design Studios helped reimagine this Phoenix campus as a future-ready learning environment that supports diverse learners, strengthens community connections, and honors the school's multi-generational legacy.

More than a school, Desert Horizon serves as the heart of its community, supporting generations of learners and housing one of the district's largest Autism Support Cadre (ASC) programs.

We're proud to celebrate this achievement alongside Pendergast Elementary School District, CORE Construction, and the entire project team. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition. 👏 by @grace.designstudios

What does coffee have to do with architecture? ☕🏛️

More than you might think.
Almost everyone has a relationship with coffee.
Ritualistic or rushed. Comforting or energizing. Ordinary, yet personal. Architecture works much the same way.

You don’t have to be an architect to feel something about space—just like you don’t have to be a barista to have an opinion about coffee. We all know which cafés invite us to linger, and which buildings quietly shape how we feel, think, and connect.

At its best, architecture—like good coffee—isn’t loud. It’s human. It creates conditions for connection, conversation, and memory.

Today, on #NationalCoffeeDay, we’re reflecting on the parallels between two everyday experiences that shape our lives more than we often realize.

Good architecture, like good coffee, doesn’t ask for attention. It earns it. by @grace.designstudios

At Grace Design, we approach dispatch planning around three foundational realities:

⭕️ Dispatch runs continuously
⭕️ It carries an exceptionally high cognitive load
⭕️ It must remain stable even when surrounding systems degrade

Every design choice—from spatial layout to power redundancy—directly affects staff retention, long‑term performance, and error risk. A next‑generation campus treats dispatch not as a room, but as mission‑critical infrastructure. 🚒 by @grace.designstudios

How do you create spaces that foster both connection and safety? 🦺⛑️

At TCU’s new Hill Hall and Walsh Hall residence halls, glass-enclosed study spaces maximize access to daylight while fostering collaboration, community, and visibility throughout the building. Designed to maintain sightlines and support student well-being and safety, these spaces utilize fire-rated glass framing to meet code requirements without compromising transparency. We're proud to recognize Tony Hartin and the team at Grace Design Studios for their role in creating spaces that help shape the future of on-campus living.
