Yoga is the repeated returning
back to oneself.

Cosmic love is unconditional.
There is nothing you can or can’t do to stop receiving it.
Consciousness has seen everything you have ever done, thought, dreamt about.
And it is still here, giving you life.

It’s this love that fills your lungs with air,
and pumps blood through your veins.
It’s love that sends the sun to greet you each morning, and the moon to guide you to sleep each night.

We spend so much time seeking validation from outside sources.
our parents, our lovers,
friends, teachers, strangers.
But why?
When all the love we ever needed was here, ever present and unwavering.
