Words can hardly capture how grateful and inspired we feel after sharing our fourth Yin Yoga Teacher Training!

This course began as a vision five years ago, a desire to bring together the wisdom from our backgrounds in Chinese Medicine and Yoga. Seeing that intention come to life through this training has been nothing short of extraordinary.

While there have been so many unforgettable moments, the most meaningful part is always the students. Each person who joined us brought so much heart, openness, and dedication. Their passion for learning and their deep appreciation for the teachings truly exceeded all expectations.

We’re confident that some truly exceptional teachers will emerge from this group and we can’t wait to see how they continue to share their knowledge and love for this practice.

Thank you so much @bohemeandbody for welcoming us once again into your home 🙏

This weeks training with @wujimedicine was completely profound and blew my expectations out of the water. It’s really something to be able to say I have had THE BEST teachers cross my path in this lifetime, sharing with me some of the most traditional teachings and knowledge you could come across. What a gift it is to not only learn from you but to know how to share this knowledge in a way that completely changes lives. Thank you both for your depth and joy in offering up everything you have @sofia.yoga_ayurveda @wujimedicine
I can’t wait to deep dive into this medicine ☯︎

India 🇮🇳 This time around I had a strong sense that I was completing a cycle of my life. Years of following my intuition, years of doubts, new journeys, different homes, unceasing curiosity, trust, loss of trust, frustrations and hopes. And each year India has been there, providing space for reflection. But this year I had the experience of how life makes more sense in the rear view mirror. I realised how guided these years have always been. I met so many old and new friends, who provided a mirror. And I left so grateful for all of these years and for where I am right now. 🧡

Hard to capture a month in one minute.
An ideal start to the year for setting the foundation for both the body and mind.
Or perhaps, for life.

I’m grateful that it brought me closer to the knowledge that was within me all along. Now, it just has a slightly clearer structure.
Let’s see if it will be easier to follow.🌚🌞

Varkala - Kerala was a perfect place to do this! Bit difficult to stay focused during the heat but gosh what a dreamy location. Thank you team. 🥹
