It's been a long few days and I am so unbelievably proud of what we were able to accomplish in such a short amount of time together. Music was all cool, it's the camaraderie that tied it together. Most of us had never met before this, but it feels like we've known each other for a long time. That's special.
This band is the next generation of women in jazz. Man am I pumped to release this album and share how beautiful it is.
Love you all

Such an honor to have played with @gilevansproject all week at Birdland!
I listened to Gil and Miles’ Porgy and Bess album to death in high school, so getting to play Gil’s restored original manuscripts with this incredible band was such a privilege. Six sets of Sketches of Spain and four sets of Porgy and Bess in five days 🔥 #milesdaviscentennial taken in Birdland Jazz Club by @gracefoxtrpt

Some cool shots from a few weeks ago! Endlessly proud and inspired by @ron_the_trombocalist and @rebeccapattersonmusic for releasing their big band album and debuting it at Birdland!

Here’s another #trumpetchallenge that focuses on intention inspired by Joe Mosello’s target practice exercises. I’ve found this is most effective when played during moments of chaos lol. Anyone want to give this a shot? by @gracefoxtrpt
