POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
My career in real estate started waaay before I got my real estate license in 2005:

🧡Age 4 - when I first knew I wanted to have a job like my parents that involved helping people (we had just immigrated to the US so my dad could get his masters in theology and launch the US counterpart to our sister church in Singapore).

🧡Teen years - when I felt the joy of helping my parents find, buy, and renovate their first home so they finally felt like they were living the #americandream.

🧡Law school graduation - when I felt my dad was proud because he realized graduating from law school meant I had a doctorate degree (even if that meant I wasn’t the doctor he wanted me to be 😅) and a good time to tell him I decided to become a real estate advisor instead of a lawyer … and that I was moving in with my boyfriend/real estate partner @fourahme in Brooklyn. 😬

🧡2005 - I got my real estate license and questioned whether I could really make it in this difficult industry, but the one thing that kept me going was how rewarding it felt when I succeeded in helping someone find their home.

🧡2015 - my first professional headshot was taken when @fourahme and I launched our own real estate brokerage and management company to better serve our clients and our agents.

🧡2019 - we did not think we needed to join a large brokerage since the majority of our business came from referrals, but we were blown away by the Compass technology and resources so we made a move that we believed was in the best interest of our clients. The photo you see everywhere now is the first headshot taken after joining Compass and the next few shots were taken in the past 5 years with our Compass family and our ever evolving team.

It’s been almost 20 years in the business and I may not be the doctor or lawyer I thought I’d be (or others thought I should be), but that shy 4 year old girl who came from a foreign country with her immigrant parents and didn’t speak any English would be proud of who I’ve become today and how I stayed true to my purpose of helping others find their place in this world.

Life lately with the Rahmés 🤍

September was one of those months where summer wasn't quite ready to let go, but fall was already in full swing. 🍂☀️

We squeezed in our last days at @silvergullbeachclub, wrapping up another summer of great memories by the water. We celebrated birthdays with friends and colleagues, and Fouad had the opportunity to share his thoughts on AI and the future of real estate during a @Compass panel discussion.

Meanwhile, football and dance kept the kids busy, and our family calendar was as full as ever!

One of the month's special moments was celebrating the opening of our friend's mystical shop, Kalika @kalikamoonchild

Always nice to see friends turn their dreams into reality, and even better getting to celebrate together as a family. ✨

Looking back, September was a little bit of everything. Work, family, friendships, new beginnings, and the everyday moments that make life so special. Summer may be behind us, but there's plenty to look forward to. Here's to a great fall! 🤍

Life lately with the Rahmés 🤍

August was filled with a lot of what summer in Brooklyn is all about for us. Family, friends, good food, lots of laughs, and finding time to enjoy it all together. ☀️

We kicked things off with a great @Compass event at Barclays Center, had dinner at @wolfgangssteakhouse with my niece Sophie while she was visiting from Florida, and experienced the Feast of Santa Rosalia @santarosaliafeast for the first time.

We also celebrated @pietro.sepe’s birthday with the Radoncic and Sepe families and squeezed in more summer days and nights at @clementescrabhouse and @silvergullbeachclub.

Nothing too complicated. Just a really good month spent with people we love and a lot of memories made along the way. ✨

August went by way too quickly, so we’re holding onto summer for as long as we can. 🌞

Summer isn’t over yet—and you don’t even have to leave NYC for a beach day. 🌊

From iconic boardwalks to quieter stretches of sand, Brooklyn has plenty of ways to squeeze a little more beach time out of summer.

A few Brooklyn favorites:

🏖️ Coney Island Beach
🌊 Brighton Beach
☀️ Manhattan Beach
🐚 Plumb Beach

And for us, plenty of summer days spent at @silvergullbeachclub — one of our favorite ways to enjoy summer close to home. 🌞

Because sometimes the best part of living in Brooklyn is remembering you don’t have to go very far to feel like you’ve gotten away.

Happy National Beach Day! 😎

📚 Happy National Book Lovers Day!

If getting lost between the shelves sounds like your kind of day, Brooklyn is the perfect place to explore.

Some of our favorite independent bookstores include:

📖 @booksaremagicbk (Cobble Hill & Brooklyn Heights)
📖 @mcnallyjackson (Downtown Brooklyn)
📖 @powerhousearena (DUMBO)
📖 @greenlightbk (Fort Greene)

One of the things we love most about Brooklyn is that every neighborhood has its own personality—and its own local gems. Independent bookstores are just one more reason people love calling Brooklyn home. ✨

Which Brooklyn bookstore is your favorite? Let us know below. 👇

Life lately with the Rahmés 🤍

July took us a little farther from home. ✈️

We began our summer in Santorini and Naxos, where we slowed down, soaked in the views, spent long days by the water, and enjoyed the simple rhythm of island life. Sometimes the best memories come from having nowhere to be except together. ☀️🌊

From there, we traveled to Lebanon, where the most meaningful part of the trip was reuniting with family. We spent time with my parents, my sister, her husband, and our nieces—sharing meals, catching up, laughing, and simply enjoying being together. Those moments reminded us that time with the people you love is what matters most. ❤️

As busy Brooklyn real estate advisors, life moves quickly. Trips like these are a reminder to slow down, be present, and appreciate the moments that become lifelong memories.

Grateful for another month of family, adventure, and time together. Here's to making the most of the rest of the summer. ☀️🤍

85 Adams Street is the kind of first home that sets the bar high. ✨

Boutique living with just 79 residences, a 24-hour doorman, concierge, rooftop views of the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges, a Zen garden, fitness center, and the convenience of full-service condo living. 🏢

Step outside and you're surrounded by everything that makes DUMBO one of Brooklyn's most sought-after neighborhoods—cobblestone streets, waterfront parks, iconic skyline views, incredible restaurants, and neighborhood cafés that quickly become part of your daily routine.

It's the kind of place that makes your first home feel like more than just an address.

Could you picture yourself living here? 🏡

Comment "DUMBO" and we'll send you our Brooklyn Neighborhood Guide to help you explore one of New York City's most iconic neighborhoods. 📖

Some places just get everything right. 🍽️

Tucked away in the heart of Bay Ridge, @thecornerbayridge is the kind of neighborhood restaurant you'll find yourself coming back to again and again.

From perfectly cooked steak frites and juicy burgers to comforting bistro classics, every dish is thoughtfully prepared and served in a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer.

It's exactly the kind of local spot that makes Brooklyn such a great place to call home.

Have you been here yet? What would you order first? 👇

Save this for your next Bay Ridge dinner and share it with someone who's always looking for great local restaurants. ✨

June marked the start of summer, and we couldn't wait to spend as much time outdoors as possible. ☀️🌊

From beach days by the water to cheering Alfie on at bowling and baseball, the month was filled with sunshine, movement, and plenty of family fun. We also had the joy of watching Isabelle shine on stage at her dance recital—one of those proud moments that reminds you just how quickly kids grow. 🩰⚾

In between family adventures, we celebrated birthdays with friends and had the honor of attending the RealTrends Verified Celebration, taking a moment to reflect on another year of helping clients find their place in Brooklyn and beyond.

Looking back, it's the little moments that stand out the most.

Grateful for another month of memories, laughter, and time together. Here's to everything summer has in store. 🌞

Today, we’re celebrating the fathers and father figures who help shape our lives through their love, guidance, patience, and support. ✨

Whether you’re a dad, stepdad, grandfather, uncle, mentor, or someone who has simply shown up when it mattered most, thank you for the impact you make every day.

We hope you’re able to spend time with the people you love, create a few new memories, and enjoy a well-deserved day of appreciation.

Wishing you a very Happy Father’s Day from all of us at the Rahmé Team. 🙏

There’s something about Brooklyn at golden hour. 🗽

When the skyline starts to glow, the bridges light up, and the city feels a little slower for a moment, Brooklyn shows off. ✨

The waterfront, the brownstone blocks, the neighborhood energy—it all comes together in a way that's hard to explain until you've experienced it yourself.

People move here for many reasons, but they stay because of moments like these. 💛

Owning a Brooklyn brownstone is rarely just about real estate. ✨️

For many buyers, it represents long-term value, architectural character, and a completely different way of experiencing New York living. 🗽

The strongest purchases are rarely about timing the market perfectly. They come from understanding rarity, location, and long-term potential. 💡

Here are 5 truths about owning a Brooklyn brownstone:

1️⃣ You stop thinking short term. Brownstones tend to reward patience, stewardship, and long-term thinking.

2️⃣ The value goes beyond square footage. Architecture, history, location, and scarcity all compound over time.

3️⃣ Renovation decisions matter. The best homes balance preservation with modern functionality.

4️⃣ Ownership changes how you experience Brooklyn. You become more connected to the rhythm, culture, and long-term evolution of the neighborhood.

5️⃣ The right property becomes part lifestyle, part legacy. Some investments appreciate financially. The best ones also enrich how you live.

Whether restored, reimagined, or passed down across generations, brownstones remain one of Brooklyn’s most enduring property classes.

Follow @rahme.realestate for Brooklyn brownstone insights, market perspectives, and luxury real estate opportunities.
