Sisterhood cultivated on the mat is a different breed of sisterhood. Nothing off the mat matters, and yet somehow, all of it matters. Every single one of these fierce spirits comes with the intention to learn and grow along side one another. I am so grateful for, and proud to be a part of, the growing women’s program at @unitonesc 🤍 And to any ladies curious/interested about learning Self-Defense & BJJ, please do not hesitate to reach out. I firmly believe it can change your life in a beautiful way. One Mat. One Team. One Unit. OSS 👊🏼 @drkehawk @thegrapplingqueen96 @pausingtoreflect @sweetmscandace @jakiichu by @graceofspine

Our Wordsmith is gone, & with him he took every word. There is no combination of verbal expression that could ever carry the weight of this loss. My medicine man. MY BIG BROTHER. We were supposed to do this life shit together… what am I going to do now? I love you forever, Chi. Hug Archie for me 🕊️🤍 It’s #ChinoXL & fuck everybody else 👊🏼 #CookedFood by @graceofspine

Dear Jane Doe, Your life is not ruined. YOU are not ruined. The use of that word is misdirected in such an unfortunate way. You are braver than you ever should have had to be. I pray you know how supported, seen and cared for you truly are. I pray your rebuild is greater than you could ever imagine 🫂💖

The language of expansion… ✨ How you perceive the gift says more about you than the gift itself. The altar remains the alter even when you do not kneel before it. by @graceofspine
