Hyrox DC mixed doubles 1:04:51

Couldn’t be more proud of how today played out! We both pushed and gave it what we got. 3 for 3 on PR’s for the weekend.

Shoutout to everyone who was cheering 📣 We had supper around the entire course 🙌🏼 taken in Washington D. C. by @gracetelepak

Forget dinner and drinks—this blind date came with burpees, sled pushes, and a whole lot of sweat.

@gracetelepak met @r.oh.bee just 10 minutes before they teamed up for a HYROX race, getting to know each other between runs, SkiErgs, and strength stations. Their meeting was facilitated by @surfdating.

Along the way, they learned about each other’s communication styles, strengths, and even relationship red flags.

In a world of swipe fatigue, the appeal to get off the apps and explore connections in person is real. Might as well start with a shared interest, right?
