Protein packed, simple ingredients, AND a cheese pull?❤️‍🔥

Ingredients:
Pasta:
- 12 oz gluten free brown rice pasta
Sauce:
- 1 tub of Good Culture cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup of bone broth
- 1/2 cup of half and half
- Garlic salt & pepper to your liking <333
“Breakfast” toppings:
- Swaggerty’s mild sausage
- 4 eggs

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375
- Combine sauce ingredients into the blender. Blend until creamy and set aside
- Cook pasta until just al dente (it’ll continue to cook in the oven)
- Fix your sausage and eggs while pasta cooks. Drain majority of the grease and use the same pan for allll the flavor.
- Combine sauce, pasta, sausage, eggs, and preferred amount of shredded cheese into square or rectangle baking dish. You can grate your own cheese, I’m just too lazy🤪
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes
- Add a little extra cheese on top and chives if you so choose
- Let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving to let the sauce thicken and extra cheese melt
- ENJOY 🧀🍳🤍 taken in Knoxville, Tennessee by @gracewilson32

No this concept is not new or rare; it’s just finally getting the attention it needs.

So many of us feel trapped in the stress cycle. Contrary to what society tries to market us, we CAN gain control back of our own lives - time, energy, and everything in between. How exciting!!!

Being a boutique fitness studio owner means you’re the caulk in the schedule; you fill in the cracks. Today that was teaching 2 Sculpt & 1 Ryde so a 30 minute ARMS&ABS was the only thing keeping my knees from flying off my body❤️‍🔥

LUCKY FOR ME the follicular phase & @dezirabletanz combo is always up for the challenge💪🏼 taken in Knoxville, Tennessee by @gracewilson32

Let’s take a *vulnerable* walk down memory lane…

In 2017, during my first semester at UT (go vols 🧡), I was put on birth control for acne — no testing, no look into the root cause. At the time, it felt normal. So many girls around me were being told to take birth control for the same reasons.

Three months later, I had gained nearly 30 pounds.

I stopped the birth control immediately, which got the train back on track, but it was still going the wrong direction.

Over the next few years, I fully fell into a post-high school lifestyle — Papa John’s multiple nights a week, nightly ice cream, and way too many White Claw Lemonades 😅 At the same time, I was taking 6–7 indoor cycling classes a week (sometimes more than one a day), convinced I could outwork my habits.

I couldn’t.

But I *did* fall in love with indoor cycling. It was the love child of my two favorite things - sports & music. I knew I wanted to use my Sports Management degree to build something of my own one day.

Fast forward to 2021 & JoyRyde Knox Cycling Studio became real 💚

At this point I knew — if working out was going to be my livelihood, something had to change.

Over the last four years, I’ve slowly rebuilt my health from the inside out. I stopped overtraining and under-fueling, started supporting my hormones (Cycle-Syncing), and became intentional about regulating my nervous system and managing stress. All this led to a studio expansion from JoyRyde Cycling Studio to Synced Studios - JoyRyde + JoySculpt; adding a second room to offer low intensity workouts to complement the preexisting high intensity ones.

It didn’t happen overnight. One small change led to another, and eventually, everything started to shift.

Let me be clear — I was never overweight, I was unhealthy.

So much of the health space focuses on what things look like on the outside. But the changes that actually last? They start on the inside.

It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it.

You don’t need to have it all figured out — just take one step toward the life you want 💚

Health Coach student client spots are currently full (🥹), but sharing what’s worked for me is just getting started babyyyy 🗣️🗣️🗣️ taken in Powell, Tennessee by @gracewilson32
