Looking at this photo, I realised I’ve always been a curious learner🌱

Personal growth, life lessons, understanding people… if only these were subjects in school, I’d probably score an A 😂

Exams, though? I’ve always struggled with them. I used to feel ashamed that my grades didn’t reflect how hard I studied 😭😭😭

But I’m slowly learning that life is more than just exams, and there’s more than one way to grow 🤍

Growth is better when you’re having this much fun! 🚀

With so many new leaders joining the Infinity FA family, our 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 was all about one thing: Getting to know the people we’re accelerating alongside.

Plenty of us were meeting for the first time, but it didn’t stay that way for long. Between the friendly rivalry, the chasing and racing, and the “how are we going to clear this one?!” huddles, strangers quickly became teammates, and teammates became friends. ❤️

And of course, no retreat is complete without good food! Some of the best conversations happened over shared plates and full tummies, where we swapped stories, laughed a lot, and found out just how much we have in common.

That’s the culture we’re building: No walls, no hierarchies, no barriers. Just open doors, open conversations, and the freedom to be ourselves, with people we genuinely enjoy being around.

No limits on how far we’ll go, and no shortage of good company along the way. Because when we accelerate, we do it as one team! 🙌🏻

When I was younger, I couldn’t wait to grow up.
Always eager to learn, grow & mature.

I soon learnt that 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝.
It comes quietly, slowly, sometimes even through painful moments.
