@triumph_studio_vt love 🤍 by @graci.hotpilates

Yesterday I received my Level 2 certification in the mail! 💞

And today marks 1 year since I taught my first class ever @triumph_studio_vt!! With @brimcdevitt and @mhaye1118 by my side!

It’s truly amazing what can happen in a year, never let anyone tell you you’re too young, or hold you back! Grateful for every moment and big thanks to everyone supporting my journey! 💞 by @graci.hotpilates

Last month I set out to take my video to become a certified Inferno Hot Pilates Instructor!

Huge thank you to everyone who came for my video day, and everyone who has helped me along the way through this journey! I can now say I am a certified Inferno Hot Pilates Instructor!

I’m so grateful to be a part of @infernohotpilates and continue to grow, learn, and lead @triumph_studio_vt!! 🤍🩷 by @graci.hotpilates

A little class update! For the time being, my Inferno Hot Pilates, and strength training classes will be non-heated. I’m dealing with some health stuff that makes the heat difficult for me right now, but I still want to keep teaching, and bringing you guys the classes you love!

The workout will still be challenging, and amazing, just without the added heat!

Thank you guys for always being so understanding and supportive. 🫶🏼

Two days in the life as a Pilates instructor @empowerstudio_brandonvt 💫 by @graci.hotpilates

✨ SAVASANA ✨

The final resting pose.

Savasana is a time to release physical tension, quiet the mind, and experience deep relaxation. It allows the musculoskeletal and nervous systems to reset after completing a practice.

During Savasana, the fight-or-flight-or-freeze response, which can often dominate our daily lives, takes a back seat. In its place, the rest-and-digest response of the parasympathetic nervous system takes the driver’s seat.

This is when the body can function at its best—supporting digestion, immune function, recovery, and mental clarity. As the body relaxes, the mind becomes calmer, more present, and clear.

This is your time to:
✨ Release
✨ Rejuvenate
✨ Integrate

Give yourself permission to simply be. These moments of stillness and presence may be one of the most valuable things you do for yourself all day. by @graci.hotpilates
