My boy turned 5 yesterday 🥹♥️

The little man who single-pawedly changed my whole world, little by little!

The dude who taught me what unconditional love feels like 💕

The most adaptable cat! Who has lived in 3 countries & flown across the Atlantic Ocean 5 times, plus driven through 11 states in the USA!

The king hunter who I know will provide in the event of an apocalypse 😂

My best friend 🥰

To infinity & beyond, Mr Mistoffelees! And to think we’re only 5 years in! 😅

I didn’t think I could love a friend more than @vanessa.barnes4 but then she gave birth to Harper Jo Barnes!

To say this little girl lights up & commands every room she walks into is the understatement of the century 😅🩵

From the first day we met, I knew we were soul sisters! I am so lucky I get to be your auntie, Harp! I love you sooooo big 💕

So grateful for Allegiant’s direct flight from Orlando to Sioux Falls so that we have many, many more adventures to come by @gracious.han

Starting this Monday (7/13) I’ll be offering Reiki Healing every Monday at @bodhiandsolspa in Deland!

I’ve been practicing Reiki since 2018, but my practice really deepened after Inner Voice Facilitation training in 2020.

Each session is unique, but they all involve working with nature spirits to help cleanse & recycle any heavy/stuck/dark energy in the client’s field & return it to balance 🌀

Often animal spirits, plant spirits, & sometimes ancestors/guides join us on the journey as well!

You can book either 60 or 30 minute sessions through Bodhi + Sol! I hope to connect with you there!

Cancer Season = sad girl summer = melancholy power ballads!!!

Singing is also the best form of meditation imo & easily the quickest way I connect to my power! taken in Deltona, Florida by @gracious.han

It’s so wild, I can dance until I’m virtually on my death bed but the common cold takes your voice away so fast!!

Anyways had my first sing back after a common cold (those career destroyers!!)

In school they used to ask me what I wanted to be & I would say “A Princess!”

Some things just don’t change 😂

Entering the next lap of the sun!

I think it’s my Whale year 🐋

Also 🐞 & 🪲 & 🐜

Life is always unfolding, known & unknown…

The next Great Unknown, that somehow feels exactly right.

Thanks for being here 😘
