Today I had the wonderful opportunity to use a very public toilet, also a very earth friendly one, brought to you all by the one and only @robjgreenfield . His projects are notorious for not only sharing excitement and passion over very important sustainability information but also giving you some thing far more important than just laughs and the best hugs!

Rob, you are wonderful for all you do here on this earth. If you aren’t already, go follow Rob as he shares his mission with the world-one city as a time.

#GROWYOUROWNTP

The plant seen here, Blue Spur, is used all over as a natural TP replacement. As it is in the mint family, this plant smells lovely, feels heavenly, and is very simple to care for here in Florida! If you want to find free clippings he will be finishing out his tour in a city near you so look out or you can always send me a DM for clippings from the garden.

Happy Wiping , earthlings 🧻🌿🚽
And don’t forget to Stay Sustainable ♻️

Everyone loves a good before & after farm edition..🐓
Although this isn’t the full “after” views ….we’re still planting and growing but this is how far we’ve come in a short few months with this garden! ✨🌿🙌

6 months ago, to be exact, we started our garden with just the items we already had access to. Local soil, seeds I’ve collected over the years, repurposed wood/fencing, mulch in the form of dead leaves under the trees, and chicken manure. I was very skeptical but excited to see if it was going to work since this was my first year doing ground beds but once our friends at @thereidfarm mentored us, gave us tips, plants, wood chips, friendchips (see what I did there?🤓) and showed us their incredible food forest flourishing…we were HYPED to see what was to come!

Now here we are with an incredible edible jungle getting bigger each day and giving us and our animals an abundance of nutrition while also adding a plethora of biodynamic ingredients into the once very dry sandy weedy land. 🏜️

We are excited to continue on this journey and share all our findings and offerings to you all! Get ready for in depth subscription based content coming to you all! Give us a 👍 if you’re as excited as we are!! 🥹

GENTLY transplanting.
Just basic tips you may not know…until now :)
Gardening shouldn’t be overwhelming or scary. It’s getting in tune with our primal roots. Pun intended. 🫜

Idk about you but I’d rather not consume fake foods or meats with added or raised levels of hormones or antiobiotics..EVER. I like my meats the ole primal way grazing on grass and living along nature…instead of the feed lot nightmare with no grass in sight and a feeding troth filled with what only God knows.
We’ve been talking about getting @butcher_box for a while now! The deciding factor was realizing how good our local venison tasted compared to the “grass-fed” Costco beef we would consume. There is zero comparison-in taste-texture-nutritional density…the proof is always in the protein! Thanks to FFM always makin sure we got the best in our home❤️.

Super excited for our monthly supply of our favorite cuts and to improve our health one juicy bite at a time. Order now and get free ribeye and bacon with each order! 🥩🥓🙌🔥🤤

Plant & Putt was everything we hoped it would be🥹🫶🏾🙌🏾

A room full of women who came to slow down, learn something new, laugh a little louder, and leave feeling more rooted than when they arrived. Watching complete strangers become friends over golf, gardening, and meaningful conversation reminded me exactly why we created this experience.

To every woman who trusted us with your Saturday morning, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You made this day unforgettable.🙌🏾

A huge thank you to our incredible partners who helped bring this vision to life:
🌿 Back Nine Golf, especially Brian, for hosting us.
⛳ Facundo for making golf approachable and fun for everyone.
🍹 Safe Haven Mocktails, Ana, Delaney & Ysenia, for the beautiful botanical drinks.
🪴 O-Town Compost, Charlie and Shem, for helping us grow sustainably.
💚 Anaysha with Anaysha G Therapy for creating space for restoration.
🌱 Jaime from Buzzworthy Botanicals for sharing your passion for plants.
💛 MaryRuth’s for helping spoil our guests with thoughtful goodies.
☀️ Jess from Grateful Sol for getting our skin in check 🥹🫶🏾

This is just the beginning. We are already dreaming up the next Plant & Putt, and we would love to have you there.

Comment PUTT below if you’d like to be added to the waitlist for our next experience. We will send waitlist members first access before registration opens to the public.

Because every garden needs tending, including you. 🥹🫶🏾

Feeding French Lops a deliciously, nutrient-rich green salad is a great way to keep these gentle giants healthy and their digestive systems happy! Why do we care?

Welllll these little digestive engines are one of the few ways to receive fertilizer in the garden fresh out the back end. 👀 AKA Cold manure- meaning you can use directly in your garden without burning plants whereas other animal feces would roast the plant roots.

Another key point is that the rabbit poo is a nutrient powerhouse! Packed with nitrogen and phosphorus which Improves aeration, helps with moisture retention, and much more!

Did I mention how it’s sooo easy to use? Once it’s dry, it’s odorless, and completely natural. So skip the compost pile or expensive bags at the store and feed your garden straight from the source! 🌱🐰

Pro tip: Always introduce new greens slowly and remember that high-quality grass hay or pellets should still make up the majority of their daily diet. I use the best- Kent Home Fresh Show Hutch Deluxe 17 Rabbit Food. Only the best for my bun buns which = the best poo for our garden 😉🌱🙌.

Anyway…carry on with your Monday and make it great as these adorable bun buns lift your spirit 😍❤️

Gardening Basics: THINNING

This process is effective for any level of gardening.
And Ok so maybe you didn’t read the growing instructions on the back of your seed packet or just wanted to trial and error? Well thinning may be your new helpful tool. This process helps when you have seeds germinating too closely together so it then becomes survival of the fittest. Thinning helps give the stronger plant more of a chance to grow bigger stronger without its siblings around up taking nutrients and root space.

Follow for more gardening tips basics to advanced!
