Propagated Bok Choy Babies!

This is for the people who say they can’t afford organic...
There are multiple uses for just one purchase with most produce. Not all produce can be propagated but all can be composted or used twice with its skin, pulp, and still super nutritiously delicious. 👅

Multiple uses for most produce:
#1 Chopped up and used in cooking
#2 Propagated and regrown for another use.
#3 Used for compost
#4 Used for juicing and it’s pulp as soup thickener or dessert filling.
