🥁DRUM ROLL, PLEASE~~~

Everyone, meet Bambi 🦌✨

After I lost Frankie and Cali back to back in a short period of time, I was not certain I would be ready for a new furbaby in the house anytime soon.

If Angel didn’t seem so sad, I may have waited A LONG TIME before I even considered adopting another rescue cutie. However, Angel not eating a full meal for over a week, moping around all day, crying, simply sad prompted me to consider adopting again.

Am I grateful I did or what?! This little sweet sass ball of a stinker has brought infinite amount of energy and joy into Angel and my days in such a short amount of time. 🤩

Bambi is full of life, brings joyful energy, and she is such a sweet little lover who wants to be included in EVERYTHING. 😝

More than anything, I am grateful to be able to provide a home for Bambi who was left outside of the shelter along with her puppy who got adopted immediately. Bambi had two potential adopters fall through, and now she is home with me and Angel.

(A huge THANK YOU to @almosthomefoundation1 for taking Bambi and her puppy in🙏🏼)

I hope Bambi brings you abundant joy and silly moments reminding us all to enjoy every moment in life, big and small. Thank you for being here with us, friends. To many more memories ahead! 🥹

Hihi, friends~ It’s been a while since I’ve been more regular on Instagram with stories and daily dose of my beloved babies. THANK YOU for being here • friends who have been with us for a while and new friends • all of you are precious to me and the furbabies. 🥹

Angel is a Hungarian Vizsla + Pittie mix going on 12 beautiful years of life. I adopted Angel from a local adoption organization back in April of 2016, and she has truly blossomed in ways I cannot even describe in words.

From throwing Cali and Frankie across the room to show her boundaries to checking up on Frankie daily to make sure he is well and safe. Angel always made sure Frankie and Cali were okay before anything.

Frankie and Cali have crossed the rainbow bridge within 3 months of each other, and Angel has struggled quite a bit as if she’s lost her way. Lack of appetite, no desire to play, tears in her eyes, the whole nine yards. She has never been a solo dog, and it really showed.

Now that Bambi has come along (post to come soon), Angel is slowly but surely coming out of her shell again playing, wagging her tail, eating well, etc.

Thank you for joining me and my girls on our journey as we navigate through our days with a grateful heart. I hope you stay a while and get to know us. Always sending love and light your way, everyone! 💜✨

❄️ came, ❄️ conquered, 😇&🦌 said NOPE 🤭😂

I was surprised when Angel, my 13-ish years young Vizsla Pit mix who usually LOVES snow, didn’t want to step a paw outside today. 😅 and Bambi, my 2.5 years young Chihuahua Dachshund mix, did exactly what I thought she would do - literally do a U-turn back to around the corner couch-ville, under the blankies cozy lane. 🤣

Stay tuned for Part 2~

We are praying for all our furry friends without forever family and homes to call their own during this wintry season. Until the day all our strays/homeless friends have comfortable beds, a roof over their heads, yummy food to fill their bellies, and hoomans to call their own, we will continue to put our hands and paws together in prayer. 🙏🏼🐾

What a blessing it is to have met Bambi (formerly Honey Dew), to have adopted her, to have her as my sweet, sassy, full of love furbaby. 🥹🤎

Angel was super calm and receptive of Bambi’s initial sniffspection when we first went to meet with Bambi and her foster momma which was a HUGE deal, and I am grateful they have the bond they now have. 😍

I pray Bambi knows she is finally safe in her forever home with me and her senior sister who secretly loves her so much! 🎉

Until the day all shelter furbabies find their forever homes, I will be praying along with Bambi and Angel. 🙏🏼

I’d say we’re doing pretty well in life. 🥹

April 2016, Angel (formerly known as Savannah) made me a first time doggo momma to a furbaby who weighs more than 10 lbs.

I never thought I’d ever have a “larger” pup since I was always rescuing the little ones, and boy am I grateful to have her in my life. 🤎

My sweet senior girly, Angel baby, I pray your heart always feels safe with me and know that I love you with my whole heart. 🥰

Praying for all the rescue pups to find their forever homes as the colder months approach. 🙏🏼

Goodness, be still my heart. 🥹🤎

The sisterly bond Angel (13 year old Vizsla Pit mix) and Bambi (2.5 year old Chihuahua mix) continue to share and build is one I never knew I needed or even saw coming. 🤧

After I lost 🌈Frankie and 🌈Cali this year, I never in a million years imagined adding another rescue baby to my life - let alone Angel’s.

God clearly had a plan and knew Angel needed Bambi as her little sister. 🙏🏼 Bambi adores her big sis, Angel, and together they are making memories so beautiful.

Thank you, friends, for joining us as we continue to LOVE OUT LOUD every single day. We appreciate you all. 💜

Life after being dumped in front of @almosthomefoundation with her pup looks pretty darn good, I hope! 🥹

Bambi, your firecracker spirit with full zest for life spreading love to everyone you encounter is such a breath of fresh air, my little baby. 😍

Angel sissy and I adore you despite your almost daily pee•scapades and poop•scapades in the house 😬😭

Continue shining bright and enjoying life, sweet girly! 🤎🦌
