❄️ came, ❄️ conquered, 😇&🦌 said NOPE 🤭😂

I was surprised when Angel, my 13-ish years young Vizsla Pit mix who usually LOVES snow, didn’t want to step a paw outside today. 😅 and Bambi, my 2.5 years young Chihuahua Dachshund mix, did exactly what I thought she would do - literally do a U-turn back to around the corner couch-ville, under the blankies cozy lane. 🤣

We are praying for all our furry friends without forever family and homes to call their own during this wintry season. Until the day all our strays/homeless friends have comfortable beds, a roof over their heads, yummy food to fill their bellies, and hoomans to call their own, we will continue to put our hands and paws together in prayer. 🙏🏼🐾

I’d say we’re doing pretty well in life. 🥹

April 2016, Angel (formerly known as Savannah) made me a first time doggo momma to a furbaby who weighs more than 10 lbs.

I never thought I’d ever have a “larger” pup since I was always rescuing the little ones, and boy am I grateful to have her in my life. 🤎

My sweet senior girly, Angel baby, I pray your heart always feels safe with me and know that I love you with my whole heart. 🥰

Praying for all the rescue pups to find their forever homes as the colder months approach. 🙏🏼

It’s always when the lights turn off, and it’s time for bed my mind starts running, full on sprinting at times, with thoughts that keep me up at night. 😅

As a workaholic and a servant of God who is readily available to lend a hand whenever and wherever necessary, I know how important sleep/rest is. 🥹

Life can get hectic, chaotic, upside down and right side up, and I am wholeheartedly grateful to be able to snuggle up to Angel and Bambi to take little naps here and there throughout the day, if necessary and when possible. 😍

Fun fact: My first ever dog encounter was when I was living in S. Korea where I was born and lived until the age of 5. He was my aunt and uncle’s cute little teeny tiny chihuahua named Minky who literally bit ankles and barked and chased everyone away. 😬

Despite his unfriendly ways, I have always loved chihuahuas and chihuahua mixes. 🥹

I have had and continue to have the blessing of an opportunity to be a momma to 🌈Minnie (Chi-Pom), 🌈Cali (Chi-Fox Terrier), and now my sweet and sassy baby girl, Bambi. 🦌🤎

I will never not have a chihuahua baby in my life. 😍
