There’s something special about watching change happen in real time.

This weekend, Gravity Haus hosted best-selling author, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker Sterling Hawkins @sterling_hawkins for his No Matter What Adventure Retreat — bringing leaders together to step outside their usual environments and create space for reflection, connection, and change.

🇨🇺Chef Chris prepared an incredible Cuban-inspired dinner featuring:

🍹 Welcome drinks
🐟 Sablefish ceviche
🥩 Pork tenderloin with arroz congrí
🍟 Yucca frites with mojo aioli
🥑 Ensalada Cubana with avocado citrus dressing
🍮 Flan with caramel sauce & bourbon whipped cream

The supper club is $45 for Gravity Haus members | $65 for non-members, and it was such a fun way to experience a completely different menu at Slope Room!
