PSA: debilitating pms and period pain is not normal!! It’s probably a sign of endometriosis, PMDD, fibroids or any other women’s health problem that gets dismissed or takes years to diagnose. Instead of reinforcing the narrative that women are hormonal wrecks we could, I don’t know, help them???

She ran 5,000km in 99 days…

It’s honestly the biggest honour to be part of this project and be trusted to help tell the story of what was happening on the road. To get to see the places she went (with her body, but also her mind), the emotional whiplash of struggling through some of her darkest moments alongside her proudest achievements, the way her spirit never changed through any of it, and translate that back to people who aren’t there to witness it firsthand.

But the biggest privilege of all is simply having a friend like @esmee_ldn . I think we all know that only exceptional people do what she’s done, but I can almost guarantee none of them have done it in the same way. No complaining, no ego. Just grafting, running, helping people and eating roast dinners and drinking pints along the way.

Not sure how she does it, but thank god she does. Love you endlessly, my Guinness World Record holder 🏅

Some couples teach you so much about love, not by lecturing, but by demonstrating it every day, in every situation, quietly and loudly at the same time. Anna and Max are that couple 💘

Get friends with the same life missions as you so they can walk the walk (run 5,000km) while you talk the talk (make content about it) for the cause
