Too good to be true?!?!🤔⬇️

Not sure about you, but sometimes when I see stuff on Instagram I think...

“I love the look of that, but is it actually any good?”

Or

“Is that just AI tricking me with beautiful videos, when in fact it’s just a scam?”

So I wanted to invite you to a free tour inside the new LWC App 📱

Because no matter how many verified reviews you might read, we live in a fake world that erodes trust.

You’ll be able to:

- see every single element within the app 👀

- understand the pricing options 💳

- discover expert classes from LwC’s incredible coaching team: barre @bodbyrodpt 🔥 HIIT @graychlo 💦 yoga & breathwork @yogawithfrancesca_ 🧘🏼‍♀️

- get a flavour (couldn’t resist sorry 😉) of all of the nutrition content from @charlottecohencooks 🍽️

- ask any questions, I’ve built this for YOU🙋🏼‍♀️

No strings attached, just an opportunity to take a look around.

Make sure you’ve either:

1️⃣ signed up to the mailing list (link in bio 🔗)

Or

2️⃣ DM the word “tour” and I’ll send you the details 📩

Hate mornings 🥱🛌😴 @graychlo has got you ⬇️

3 ways to start your #tuesday with positive energy ✨

1️⃣ the night before defines the next morning 🌅 be deliberate about your sleep hygiene

This can include no screens, magnesium supplements, a weighted eye mask, a long bath…whatever it takes to wind down & sleep deeply 🙏🏽

(and if you’ve got little ones, hopefully their 2am wake ups are minimal 🤞🏻💗)

2️⃣ give yourself a treat to look forward!

A delicious coffee, a podcast, a breakfast burrito … something to give you joy first thing.

3️⃣ move!! 🚶🏽‍♀️👟🏋️‍♀️🚲🧘🏼‍♀️

If you’re wfh, don’t just roll straight to your laptop. Download the @ladieswhocrunch_ app & try our Move Library free for 7 days 📱(link in bio)

If you’re heading into the office, get off two stops early and walk.

Make a meeting a walk & talk.

Does it need to be a video call? Call that client & get 20 minutes of steps away from your desk.

@graychlo is our community’s Duracell Bunny - she brings her glow to every class.

You’ll find all of her expert sessions under the “HIIT” category, in the app ⚡️

3 things @graychlo wishes you knew about her LWC classes ⬇️

1️⃣ she’s mini but mighty! Her programmes are designed to push you & show you what your body is capable of🌶️

2️⃣ every movement has a real life purpose - so you can feel stronger on your commute, on your weekend travels or running around London like she does… 🏋️‍♀️

3️⃣ challenging doesn’t mean exclusive! She gives options for all levels, so it’s adaptable & you finish a season feeling alive ⚡️

She’s developed a special Core Series for LwC, which will be available in our new app.

We are buzzing to show on Friday - newsletter subscribers get there first 🧨

A powerful read 🖤
@mrscmcguinness

I’ve always said…
What the mind tries to forget, the body holds on to.

Busy minds. Neurodiverse minds. Autoimmune warriors. Trapped trauma. Heartbreak. Stress.

When the weight builds up, the body responds:
❌ Digestion slows down
❌ Energy drops
❌ Lymph flow becomes stuck
❌ Inflammation rises
❌ Sleep becomes broken
❌ Hormones fall out of balance
❌ Anxiety + overwhelm intensify
❌ Bloating, puffiness & pain appear

The body keeps the score — until you give it a way to let go.

Guys, if you live with a neurodiverse mind, a busy mind, or you’re carrying trauma, heartbreak, or emotions that no longer serve you — please take a moment to read this.

Christine is a powerhouse.
Strong, resilient, and a beautiful soul inside and out.
She has been through things no one should ever have to go through.

And sometimes, it’s not about chasing pharmaceuticals or another doctor’s appointment.
Sometimes it’s about releasing from the body what the mind has been holding on to.

That’s exactly what Calm the Chaos™ did for Christine.
