A final edit from a health supplement shoot I modeled for.
I'm happy to shoot supplements knowing I'm a consumer of them for my own health and wellness.
There's a LOT out there with a lot of scammy products and plenty of good ones. Do your research and rely on reputable sources to find what works for you. Always start with a good diet as your foundation.

Daniel was on 9News last week. They came to his soccer camp and interviewed him and other players about the World Cup. He got to show some of his skills and share his prediction for the final match.

Another F45 location in the books. I got a good sweat in Kansas City at the Crossroads location. The city was buzzing with World Cup Soccer fever as one of the host cities. A great trip for sure.

Daniel got 6 goals in the first game of the season. That's my boy 💪🏽. That's a double hat trick ⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽.

I was interviewed for Episode 17 on the Pappy Hour Podcast. @pappyhourpod
Danny walked into the studio as a stranger and left as one of the most honest dads we've had on the mic. He became a father later in life after years of chasing big goals, traveling constantly, and grinding as an amateur triathlete and entrepreneur - but none of that prepared him for the moment his daughter came out dark purple and still. Those ten seconds changed everything.

Danny breaks down the early shock of fatherhood, the pressure of being a planner in a situation you can't control, and the truth most dads won't say out loud: "It's mine, but I didn't feel emotionally connected for months." He also talks openly about the miscarriage he and his wife went through before their second child, and how isolating those appointments can feel. If you've been there, this one hits.

Now he's a dad of two, working in Health Care IT at a children's hospital, acting on the side, and living in that rare window where the kids still think he's cool.

Another Gym Bro heads off. @winchy03 was bro-ing out with me in the morning and more recently as my Hyrox gym bro in the evening.
I'm honored to be his last workout partner on his last day. Good luck with your job transfer back east Chris 🏋🏼‍♂️💪🏽🤜🏼🤛🏼.

I swear that second picture is not A.I. 🤞🏽😆. taken in F45 Training South Park Hill by @graying.and.slaying
