Every morning as I wake the first thought that comes to my mind is a prayer of thank you for my life. I thank god for freedom, abundance, health, love, creation, connection and nature.
I welcome all that life has in store for me that day, to observe and feel without judgement, seeking and resistance.
I feel within my body a light and open vibration for this I’m truly grateful as for years all I felt was pain and restriction.
I am grateful to wake up and say that prayer because for a few years there I got caught up in the illusion, even when I was running my own business I felt like a prisoner in my own reality. To have realised freedom starts within and never defined by our circumstances allowed me to begin the journey of letting go.
Letting go of the conditioned beliefs of society that we have to get to a certain outcome in the material world in Order to feel enough or able to relax finally. That was what’s called the rat race.
I stepped out of it, it was almost like a death. Parts of my identity had to die. I had to feel as though I was nothing. And within that I saw I was everything all along. The one love that bob was talking to me bout since I was a kid. The freedom not defined by societies made up rules that allowed Ali to speak his truth. The oneness the Lennon expressed when he imagined all the people.
I realised it was who I was all along and that part of the journey of this life is to get lost in the noise only in order to find our way back to who we’ve always been. Like waking up within a dream and realising you’re the dreamer, the charecter and all that’s taking place within the dream all at once.
Infinite, being, flowing , love.
And if all of it is us sharing a dream and we’re all the same dreamer (god) always whole and complete then we may as well have fun. Like when we were kids.
In the morning I do some breathing, sometimes I almost pass out and I smell the freshly mowed grass of when my dad would take me to rugby games when I was 5 years old, the purity the joy and the love is felt and known as my true essence in that moment. This life is an opportunity to remember who we truly are and love from that in all that we do. by @graysonjonhart

Sheit look I made a reel all by myself today 🤍🦶🪽
Any way I’m grateful to have had this insight and what it’s done for my body and experience of life. And to create products that shares that insight with others is a beautiful thing that I don’t take for granted. And the fact that I get to make shoes that I love I really pinch myself some times. Just shows you that what’s possible to create is way beyond the limits of our own minds current concepts. Heart over mind 🤍🙏🏽
These shoes are going live 8th of Feb and the feedback from the pre sale customers has been so amazing, to hear how good people FEEL in the shoes is what it’s all about and the compliments on the design and style is the cherry on top. That was the mission how do I make shoes that are good forbus that actualy look good too and are made with high quality materials. Coz I couldn’t find them anywhere. Thank you life for bringing me this opportunity @hart.workshop I’ll never take it for granted by @graysonjonhart

If I could pass on lessons life has taught me me so far :
Wear your heart on your sleeve. You’ll go through many experiences where people take advantage of your openess, love and trust they’ll try manipulate it, but never stop wearing your heart on your sleeve.

2. You’ll feel hurt , betrayed and discarded when you wear your heart on your sleeve:
This is an opportunity for your heart to open even wider than you knew was possible. You’ll have a choice when u get hurt, live from love even more or close off and protect your heart. You know who you are, you always been that, you have no choice be brave and open even wider into love.

3. When you chose that path then You’ll open so wide that you see nothing can hurt you ever again because it’s all love. And it all was a blessing to get you to this understanding.

4. You’ll realise that even through the darkness and the pain and the hurt that life was blessing you to step further into your truth, your wholeness and your love. Those who turned on you were showing you what fear and hurt looked like and was capable of when expressed into the world, they were blessings to remind you to stay true and keep your heart wide open the way it’s always been. No loss of money, reputation , status etc could ever be of more value than choosing to live from love and staying true to that as your priority in this life time and anything lost when choosing that path was not for you and was opening you up to align with and receive all that truly is. With love and ease.

6. When your mind is screaming out for control when you find yourself in situations that are out of your control, your heart is sitting in the corner like the coolest cat at the party minding his own business saying “let go brother, you don’t got to do nothing, just be, rest in love, all is taken care of” and he’s always right and you know it. Nothing good has come from over thinking and over acting.

Alignment comes from being. Being is our essence. Our essence is love. Love is infinite, so all is love. Always wear your heart on your sleeve and when the going gets tough it’s life reminding you to open up and love. by @graysonjonhart
