My Daily Go to’s…

The Puresport Mind + Body Mushroom blend is my favourite for increasing my focus levels in the afternoon after a busy morning coaching or working from the laptop.

Generally after training or a busy morning I can feel my focus levels drop off and when I need to be more productive I reach for these capsules.

Taking the Mushroom blend consistently has helped me with the following during that afternoon slump.

- Increased focus 🔬
- Balanced mood 😀
- Fight fatigue 💤
- Increased brain power 🧠
- Reduces brain fog 💭

Two of the main ingredients that stick out for me are the Lions Mane and Shiitake mushrooms.

🍄 Lions Mane
These Mushrooms help reinforce the Brains neural pathways, aiding in memory retention and also reducing some aspects of anxiety.

🍄 Shiitake
These mushrooms contain high levels of B vitamins which are natural energy boosters, helping with metabolism and optimising the body’s functions.

The iconic 1000mg Muscle and joint balm by @puresport speaks for itself when it comes to recovery.

The CBD Balm uses natural anti inflammatory powers to relax the muscles.

Using the Gua Sha helps to increase oxygen and blood flow to the area so both is a winning combination. Using the Gua Sha to massage the balm right in and get all those niggles deep in the tissue, really helps those tight muscles recover post workout, fighting off those DOMS and reducing recovery time allowing you to come back stronger, quicker!

To Get yours click the Link in my bio and use the discount code… you won’t be disappointed 🤙🏼

Pre workout stretch & @puresport freeze roll

This smells amazing!! And genuinely does good 😌

It’s really important to look after your *whole* body and not just focus on an area that’s injured/ disabled.
Stretching and doing yoga is just a small part of my holistic self care routine 😇
