🇲🇽 Two new coffees from Oaxaca, Mexico!

Different producers, different stories, and two expressions of this remarkable coffee-growing region.

☕ Pedro Cruz González — A clean anaerobic washed coffee from Oaxaca’s Sierra Sur, with rich notes of chocolate sauce, hazelnut, and honey.

☕ Hipólito Castro García | Loma Bonita — A beautifully balanced washed coffee from the Mixteca region, with notes of toffee, red apple, and caramel.

Both coffees reflect the traditions, dedication, and care of the communities behind them.

Two new Ethiopias we’re really excited to share ✨ 🇪🇹 .

Hanan Million’s natural from Buku is everything we love in a great Guji natural — tons of raspberry and guava, with a beautiful rose-like floral character.

Getachew Zekele’s washed coffee from Shakisso goes in a completely different direction: clean, delicate and floral, with jasmine, honey and apricot.

Two very different coffees from Guji, and two of our favorite arrivals this season.

We’ve been looking forward to this release for a long time.

For years, we’ve wanted to bring a Pacas from Santa Bárbara into our lineup. It’s become our favorite variety from the region, and after working with Ariel Gómez, and the team at Beneficio San Vicente, we’re excited to finally share one that we think truly represents what makes Santa Bárbara so special.

Alongside it is something equally exciting: a washed Gesha from Edwin Hernández. From the first cupping, we were stunned by its elegance, clarity, and complexity. It’s a beautiful expression of both the variety and the region.

Two coffees from Santa Bárbara. Two very different experiences. One region we continue to come back to year after year.

For over 6 years, Adipy has been one of our most popular coffees and a favorite among our customers.

This year’s lot continues the tradition with notes of chocolate, panela, and stone fruit—a sweet, balanced cup that’s equally at home as espresso or filter coffee.

Two new coffees from Colombia have arrived.

☀️ Marlon Bolaños Bourbon Ají

Tropical, juicy, and vibrant with notes of pineapple, floral notes, and tangerine.

After discovering coffee through barista training at 17, Marlon returned to his family’s farm with a new perspective on quality, fermentation, and flavor. Today, he represents a new generation of Colombian producers thoughtfully pushing coffee forward through experimentation, transparency, and care.

🌸 Carmen Montoya Chiroso Urrao

Elegant and expressive with floral aromatics, refined sweetness, and remarkable clarity.

Known as the pioneer of Chiroso in Urrao, Carmen Montoya helped bring what is now one of Colombia’s most celebrated varieties to the world’s attention. Through her work and mentorship, she continues to shape the reputation of the region and inspire a new generation of producers.
